CETTE INVENTION se rapporte à des perfectionnements dans les moyens de soutenir les pantalons d'homme, culottes et autres vêtements similaires autour de la taille de la personne qui les porte, lesdits moyens de soutien étant du type incorporé dans les vêtements mêmes.
L'OBJET de la présente invention est d'offrir des moyens perfectionnés de la sorte indiquée qui sont de nature simple.
D'APRÈS UN ASPECT DE L'INVENTION; des moyens pour soutenir un pantalon d'homme, une culotte, ou autre vêtement similaire autour de la taille de la personne qui les porte, sont incorporés dans le vêtement même et comprennent un passage sous forme de tuyau ou tube formé autour de, coincidant avec ou correspondant avec la ceinture dans le but de renfermer un ceinturon ou bande de longueur réglable, fait entièrement ou partiellement de matière élastique et adapté à être fermé par ses extrémités au devant ou a la partie divisée de la part du vêtement qui s'accomode à la taille,
ledit passage sous forme de tuyau ou de tube étant formé avec une brèche ou ouverture s' ouvrant vers l'intérieur ou l'extérieur du vêtement dans le but de donner accès aux moyens de régler la longueur du ceinturon quand celui-ci est dans sa position.
D'APRÈS UN AUTRE ASPECT DE L'INVENTION, les moyens perfectionnés pour soutenir les vêtements de l'espèce ci-dessus mentionnée, comprennent une bande ou ceinturon de longueur réglable, fait entièrement ou partiellement de matière elastique et fermé ou adapté à être fermé à ses extrémités au devant ou à chaque côté de la partie bifurquée (brayette) de la part du vêtement qui s'accomode à la taille.
De préférence la brêche ou ouverture mentionnée dans le premier-nommé aspect de l'invention s'ouvre vers le dedans du vêtement et est fermée par des plissements espacés verticaux dans l' étoffe qui constitue le passage sous forme de tuyau ou de tube,

les''plis en dessous duquel sont fendus pour laisser passer le ceinturon ou bande lequel, étant dans sa position, est ainsi exposé entre les plissements et est ainsi arrangé en rélation au vêtement que les moyens de réglage se trouvent accessibles entre lesdits plissements dans la brêche ou ouverture ainsi formée.

La Fig. 1 montre en manière de diagramme la partie supérieure ouverte d'un pantalon d'homme avec les moyens de soutien ci-après décrits.
La Fig. 2 est une vue amplifiée de l'ar rière-partie du centre du tuyau etc. tel qu'elle serait observée du dedans de la ceinture, et montre les bouts du ceinturon ou bande élastique qui est établi dans ledit tuyau.
La Fig. 3 est une vue de diagramme en coupe des caractéristiques montrées dans la Fig.2.
La Fig. 4 est un plan en coupe de la ceinture en tuyau, le ceinturon ou bande réglable et autres parties.
La Fig. 5 est une vue interrompue du devant ou brayette d'un pantalon d'homme, indiquant où les extrémités de devant du ci-dessus mentionné ceinturon ou bande sont cousues ou attachées.
La Fig. 6 est une vue de diagramme de la partie arrière de la ceinture en tuyau et montre les moyens pour régler le ceinturon ou bande.
Nous référant aux dessins, un tuyau en étoffe ou passage tubulaire a est formé autour de ou coincidant avec ou comprenant la ceinture du pantalon. Ce tuyau a est fermé par devant de tous les deux côtés eu égard aux parties supérieures de la'brayette à boutons, tel qu'elle est connue comme montré par les Figs. 1, Fig.4 et Fig. 5.
Le passage a est montré dans le dessin comme fabriqué de l'étoffe du pantalon a1, une bande intérieure d'étoffe de doublure a2 et une bande extérieure d'étoffe de

doublure a3comme montrée dans la Fig.3. L'étoffe a3 est munie d'une bande supplémentaire d'étoffe a4 coussue separément là-dessus par ou près de son bord inférieur, et ladite étoffe a4 est de telle sorte à donner une apparence apprêtée et/ou pareille à la ceinture du vêtement. Les trois morceaux d'étoffe a2, a3 et a4 sont coussus ensemble et à l'étoffe a1 du pantalon à des distances convenables par leurs bords supérieurs et inférieurs pour constituer le tuyau.
Ledit tuyau est muni d'une brêche ou ouverture donnant des moyens d'accès pour le réglage du ceinturon comme il est décrit ci-après, de l'intérieur à mi-chemin ou vers le centre de l'arrière qui reste avantageusement comme ouverture ou brêche sur une petite étendue, ou bien une envelope mobile ou pont de fermeture, susceptible de s'ouvrir ou de se fermer, peut être pourvu, mais la petite ouverture ou brèche déjà décrite constitue l'arrangement préféré et celui-ci est illustré par les Figs. 1, 2 et 3.
Comme il est très clairement indiqué par les Figs. 2 et 3, l'étoffe a4 et sa bande de doublure a3 sont pliées de manière à produire des poches a5 avec un arrière-mur muni de plissements a6 qui sont les limites verticales de l'ouverture d'accès a7.
Ainsi l'ouverture a7 peut être considerée comme produite par le plissement'double' de l'avant-mur du tuyau ou passage tubulaire.
Les 'Plissements' a6 sont susceptibles de s'ouvrir pour donner un peu plus de lieu d'accès aux moyens de réglage en supprimant quelques ponts au fond de chaque pli de 'plissement' comme il est présenté par la Fig.2.
Les plies inférieurs des plissements a6 formant les poches a5 à l'arrière des 'plissements'(soit l'étoffe a4 et sa doublure a3) sont fendus ou coupés verticalement d'une étendue suffisante à deux endroits a8.
Comme déjà expliqué le tuyau est établi en cousant les morceaux d'étoffe a2 ,a3 et a4 le long de ou près des parties supérieure et inférieure, et des rangées de ponts a9 et a10 sont montrées, les ponts servant unir les différents éléments

d'étoffe et de doublure, produisant ainsi le tuyau complet a associé avec la partie intérieure de la ceinture du pantalon.
Par dedans du tuyau est établi un ceinturon ou bande de tissu élastique b, dont les bouts sont renforcés par ou bordés d'étoffé de la manière connue. Les avant-bouts dudit tissu ou bande sont cousus ou fixés en permanence à l'endroit, b1 aux extrémités de devant ou extrémités fermées du tuyau déjà mentionné a, c'est-à-dire, à la partie supérieure de chaque moitié de la'brayette.'
Ledit ceinturon ou bande est formé de deux morceaux de tissu élastique fixées ensemble de manière à être réglables eu égard à leur longueur combinée, et qui passent librement en arrière de tous les deux côtés en dedans de chaque partie du tuyau a vers la partie centrale de l'arrière de la ceinture, où il est pourvu la ci-dessus mentionnée brêche ou ouverture a7.
Cette brêche ou ouverture donne l'accès aux arrière- extrémités enchevauchées et réglablement raccordées du tissu élastique ou de l'étoffe de renforcement qui y est appliqué.
C'est à cette ouverture à l'arrière du tuyau dans la ceinture que se fait le réglage de la longueur combinée des deux parties du ceinturon ou bande.
Le réglage du ceinturon ou bande est pourvu par des moyens simples comprenant des boutons c et boutonnières cl sur et dans les bouts enchevauchés et raccordés de cela comme illustré par les dessins, soit un arrangement simple et convenable de réduire ou d'étendre la longueur effective le cas échéant des deux morceaux de tissu élastique qui constituent le ceinturon ou bande et dont les autres extrémités comme il est déjà décrit sont cousues ou fixées en permanence vers le haut de chaque moitié de la 'brayette' ou/partie divisée du vêtement.
En réalisant le réglage ou ajustement du tissu élastique ou bandes rébondissantes à l'ouverture dans le tuyau à l'arrière de la ceinture, lesdites bandes sont réglées quelque peu en moins de la mesure de la taille, soit par exemple, une pouce ou plus.

- Quand le pantalon est mi s, et que le bouton supérieur ou attache du haut de la brayette retient, alors la ceinture colle à la taille par suite de l'élasticité attelée ou rebondissement de ladite enveloppe et le tissu élastique ajusté.
La disposition décrite est très nette et très simple, et aucune partie matérielle n'est montrée ou exposée quand le vêtement est porté.
Il est préférable d'employer un tissu élastique ou autre combinaison de bande rebondissante qui entoure à peu près la taille. Ceci permet que l'extension et la pression soient ' distribuées autout de la taille et reduit les plis quant le vêtement est porté. Comme il sera facilement apprecié, puisque le ceinturon ou bande est retenu seulement par le devant, l' arrière-partie d'un vêtement fabriqué conformément à la présente invention est capable de céder ou de fléchir quand la personne se courbe en avant comme pour s'asseoir, de manière qu'il n' ' existe pas de force genante dans la région de l'abdomen.
En cas de besoin/seulement une partie ou section du ceinturon ou bande peut être faite d'étoffe élastique.
En appliquant l'invention aux jupes de femme.s, lesquelles doivent se comprendre dans l'expression "ou autre vêtement similaire" exployée dans ces descriptions, et qui ont usuellement une partie divisée formée à leur côté, les bouts du ceinturon élastique ou bande peuvent être fixés à la jupe au devant, une extremité, soit, celle du côté divisé de la jupe étant fixé de manière détachable comme par exemple par un bouton et boutonnière.

THE OBJECT of the present invention is to provide improved means of the kind indicated which are simple in nature.
FROM AN ASPECT OF THE INVENTION; means for supporting men's pants, breeches, or the like around the waist of the wearer are incorporated into the garment itself and include a passage in the form of a pipe or tube formed around, coinciding with or corresponding with the belt in order to enclose a belt or band of adjustable length, made entirely or partially of elastic material and adapted to be closed by its ends at the front or at the divided part of the part of the garment which fits to size,
said passage in the form of a pipe or tube being formed with a breach or opening opening towards the inside or the outside of the garment in order to provide access to the means of adjusting the length of the belt when the latter is in its position.
ACCORDING TO ANOTHER ASPECT OF THE INVENTION, the improved means for supporting garments of the above-mentioned species comprise a band or belt of adjustable length, made entirely or partially of elastic material and closed or adapted to be closed at its ends at the front or on each side of the bifurcated part (brayette) on the part of the garment which fits at the waist.
