L'invention se rapporteaux emballages plus particuliè- rement destinés aux articles de'confiserie, chocolaterie, 'biscui- terie et articles similaires".
Le but de' l'invention est de réaliser de .tels emballa- ges, généralement sous la forme de boites, d'étuis, etc., combinés d'une telle manière que le réemploi de l'emballage pour n'être pas rendu impossible, se trouve néanmoins signalé à coup sûr.
Dans de nombreux cas du commerce il se révèle en effet particuliè- rement utile de pouvoir garantir les emballages contre un réem- ploi abusif. Plus particulièrement, cette,garantie peut être jugée nécessaire pour des produits de qualité, comme cela se présente en confiserie, chocolaterie, biscuiterie 'et autres. Cette carac- téristique est atteinte tout en tenant compte des exigences des

manutentions et surtout de l'introduction des erticles dans l'em- Dallage.
Selon l'invention, on atteint cet buts multiples en réa-, lisaht le moyen d'accès aux produits emballes d'une telle manière qu'il faut achever un découpage pré-étbli, dont'l'ouverture totale réalise à la foiell'ouverture de l'em-ballage et le signalement de la dite ouverture. En d'autres termes, l'emballage ne péut normalement être ouvert qu'en achèvent une ouverture ou une déchirure préparée, en sorte que la présentation ultérieure de l'emballage dans son prime-état est impossible. On réalise donc systématiquement un moyen irréversible d'ouverture de l'emballage..
Selon l genre et la forme de l'emballage, la découpure préparée portera sur une ou plusieurs faces. Plus généralement, pour les articles de confiserie, de chocolaterie et de. biscuiterie. l'emballage affectera la forme d'une boite parallélépipédique, dont une grande face présentera trois lignes de découpure ou de déchirure préparées, généralement parallèles ou approximativement parallèles à trois cotés de la dite face. La zone ainsi délimitée réalisera, après découpure colleté, un couvercle capable de se mouvoir autour du quatrième côté ou approximativement autour du dit côté, à l'endroit non pourvu d'une déchirure préparée.
Par ce fait, le tiroir ou réceptacle recevsnt directement les articles à emballer est immobilisé dane le fourreau extérieur, en sorte que l'accès oux dits articles n'est possible qu'en violant l'ouverture préparée.
La préparation de cette déchirure peut se faire suivant des moyens très différente judicieusement appropriés tels que perforations, déforcement de la matière, découpage interrompu ou discontinu etc.
Un mode préféré, mais non exclusif d'exécwtion d'un tel' emballage perfectionné, est schématieé aux dessine annexés, dans lesquels la figure 1 est une vue perspective de l'emballage en cours de montage;

la figure 2 est une vue perspective de l'emballage dans sa position fermée; la figure 3 -est une vue de l'emballage dans sa position ouverte.
Suivant cette exécution originale en soi, l'emballage proprement dit est constitué par un fourreau 1 de 'forme prisma- tique, approprié aux articles à emballer; en'l'occurrence des pralines. Ce fourreau est ouvert sur ses faces d'about, qui sont susceptibles d'être ultérieurement parfaitement fermées à l'in- tervention de pattes 2, ¯3 et 4.
Dans le fourreau 1 s'introduit le tiroir ou boîte proprement dite 5, qui s'y trouve immobilisée après la fermeture des faces d'about. Sur 1'une de ses grandes faces, le fourreau présente une découpure préparée 6 longeant trois côtés, Une fenêtre 7 permet, par l'introduction du doigt, de compléter la découpure en provoquant, le soulèvement du-cou- vercle qui se forme automatiquement par l'achèvement de la dite découpure Le soulèvement de ce paeudo-couverole permet l'accès direct au contenu de l'emballage.

Le moyen pour faciliter l'ouverture de la partie mobile pourra également être autre qu'une simple lumière. Par exemple, elle pourrait consister en une languette ou un élément de préhension ou de traction quelconque.

Ces emballages seront généralement exécutés en carton, mais l'invention s'étend à toutes autres matières dont le découpage ou la déchirure préparée est telle que l'emballage peut être ouvert par simple traction sans l'usage d'un outil quelconque.

1.- Emballage perfectionné, caractérisé en ce qu'il est ,constitué substantiellement par un fourreau dans lequel est in- troduit un tiroir immobilisé par la fermeture des faces d'about du dit fourreau et seulement accessible par l'achèvement du décou- page ou de la déchirure préparée de l'une des grandes 'faces du fourreau, la traction étcnt facilitée par la présence d'une fe-- netre chevauchant la déchirure préparée.

According to the invention, this multiple goals is achieved by realizing the means of access to the packaged products in such a way that it is necessary to complete a pre-cut cutout, the total opening of which is achieved at the same time. opening of the packaging and the notification of said opening. In other words, the package can normally only be opened by completing a prepared opening or tear, so that subsequent presentation of the package in its prime condition is impossible. An irreversible means of opening the packaging is therefore systematically carried out.
