Abstract

Packaging, in particular for industrial products, comprising a product introduction face, a product extraction face, which face comprises at least one flap, and a plurality of side faces connecting the introduction face to the extraction face.   Industry "The present invention relates to a packaging, in particular for industry products, comprising a product introduction face, a product extraction face, which face comprises at least one flap, and a plurality of lateral faces connecting the introduction face to the extraction face.   The packaging shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3 is a cardboard box of the micro-groove type for packaging automotive brake pads. It is generally rectangular in shape and has four lateral faces 1,2,3,4, an introduction face and a face

rectangular extraction.

  As shown more particularly in FIG. 1, the fold line X-Y of the carton determines the periphery of the introduction face and the fold line Z-T determines the periphery of the

extraction face.

  Along the X-Y fold line there are

  flaps 5,6,7,8, integral with the respective side faces 2,4,1 and 3.

  Along the fold line Z-T of the carton are provided flaps 9, 10, 11, 12 secured to the respective side faces 2, 4, 1 and 3. Flaps 13, 14 and 15 are secured respectively to the

  lateral face 4 and flaps 11 and 12.

  A self-locking tab 16 extending the flap 6 is provided

to cooperate with the notch 17.

  The flap 8 is first folded inward and held against the side face 3 by a point of glue, so that the openings created at the perforations 18 and 19 and

  if they don't fill the interior space.

  The introduction face is then closed by folding the flaps 5, 6, 7, then inserting and locking the tongue 16 in

notch 17.

  As can be seen, the invention enables packaging of products of different sizes in a standardized model. Brake pads of several models or of various automobile brands can be packaged in a limited range of boxes, at instead of making a box by type of blister

  The present invention is not limited to packaging for the automotive industry, nor to packaging of the form, nature or material described; it can be used for packaging that is not cardboard, or that is partially cardboard, or in cardboard boxes of any other type; similarly, one can design boxes of any other shape than parallelepiped, or having flaps, flaps and notches of different number, structure and dimensions; moreover, it is possible to use a single plastic sheet, or more than two; the structure, shape, characteristics of the sheet (s) may be modified; Finally, the methods of fixing or gluing a plastic sheet can

also vary.

  The present invention therefore makes it possible to respond to the problems posed by the packaging of all kinds of products, of volume and of

very diverse form.

Claims (4)

  1 Packaging, in particular for industrial products, comprising a product introduction face, a product extraction face, which face comprises at least one flap, and a plurality of lateral faces connecting the introduction face to the extraction face, characterized in that at least one heat-shrinkable plastic sheet (21,25) is disposed inside the packaging and in that one end of said sheet is fixed to the interior wall a flap (9,10).   2 Packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the introduction face comprises at least one flap and in that the free part of at least one sheet (21,25) is retained on the wall   interior of a flap (5,6) of said introduction face.   3 Packaging according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the end of the sheets fixed to a flap of the extraction face is glued (22,26) to said flap.   4 Packaging according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the free part of the sheets is retained on a flap of the face   introduction by at least one point bonding (23,24,27,28).
