<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>
<Desc/Clms Page number 7>
<Desc/Clms Page number 8>
<Desc/Clms Page number 9>
<Desc/Clms Page number 10>
<Desc/Clms Page number 11>
<Desc/Clms Page number 12>
<Desc/Clms Page number 13>

"Automatic hunting weapon".
The object of the present invention is an automatic hunting weapon with arming and disarming, separation of the barrel from the body and simplified assembly, this weapon being provided with an improved shutter block and a device for locking the barrel on the body.
The cocking of known automatic rifles was done until now by the introduction, with the finger, of the cartridges in the magazine chamber, placed under the barrel, by compressing the magazine spring, which is often very difficult. .
The separation of the barrel from its body in self-rifles. known matics is done by unscrewing, which requires a lot of time and even becomes very difficult in the presence of impure

your.
The arming of the weapon according to the invention is carried out while the magazine spring is compressed, so that it exerts no pressure on the cartridges, which, after tilting the weapon, the barrel down, fall, by gravity into the store room. After closing the cocking chamber door, the last cartridge is introduced into the barrel and the weapon is thus ready for firing. Disarmament is also done in a very simple way. Under the effect of the block's recoil, the cartridge is extracted from the barrel through the opening used to expel the cartridge cases, while the other cartridges fall, also by gravity, through the open door of the arming chamber. , the magazine spring being neutralized.
The oanon and the weapon are separated by releasing a lever which moves the bolt connecting the barrel and the magazine with the body.
The simplified block and the arrangement of the various parts ensures the perfect functioning of the weapon and, in gloomy times, makes it possible to avoid the premature fire,
The accompanying drawing is given, by way of example, an embodiment of the automatic weapon applied to. the dragee weapon.

The rifle consists of two parts - the body with the butt and the barrel with the magazine, which parts are secured by a connecting device fixed to the barrel and comprising a lever 26 which moves a transverse frame coupling 44 embracing the part. lower barrel and preventing the barrel from exiting the body. The coupling passes, via the hole 83, in the part of the body 1 touching the barrel and connecting the barrel with the body. The lever 26 is placed in a guide 42 fixed to the bottom of the magazine tube by means of the axis 80. The latter slides in a longitudinal opening of the guide 42 and connects the body to the barrel in such a way that it embraces the barrel. , below, behind extension 3.
The frame coupling 44 is removable in a projection of the claw 181 connecting the magazine chamber with the body. The end of the lever 26 has a latch 27 provided with a lever with hook 88 (see figures 13 and 14), which is fixed to the body 1 and passes, via the hole 122, into the lever. The lever 26 is also provided

teeth 85 and 86, the first of which is located between the base 43 of the magazine tube and the guide 42 of the lever, which strongly holds said tooth 85, while the tooth 86 comes into the recess 87 of the body and s' presses against the projection 88, the bosses 89 of the gear coupling 44 sliding into the openings 84 of the BODY, whereby the barrel is firmly fixed to the body, without fear of accidental uncoupling.
The rifle is dismantled, block 4 being pulled back (figure 1) and the magazine spring immobilized. For disassembly, the latch 27 is turned, the lever 26 is lowered, and then, with the coupling 44 removed from the barrel and the opening 83 of the body, the barrel is released. of the body to put it in the case. The assembly is done in the same way, and the two manipulations are so simple that they do not require any prior knowledge, nor any special precautions.
The magazine (Figures 7,8 and 9) consists of a tube 38 having a lower slot in which moves a rod terminated by a tooth 51. This rod is integral with the slide 50, which slides on the bar 4 located under the magazine tube. The aforesaid rod is, moreover, elastically connected with the sleeve 48 containing a spring 49, which pushes the cartridges back into the magazine chamber. The spring 49 can be immobilized by moving the slide 50 to the position shown in Figure 7, in which the tooth 123 of the frame 54 is placed behind the tooth 51.
The spring is released via the stop 45 fixed to the barrel, which, during the retraction of the barrel, hooks up behind the stop 56 of the neutralization disc 55. This disc oomporte two cams 124 placed in the opening of the frame 54, the upper edge of which rests on said cams. When the stop 45 of the barrel comes up against the stop 56 of the salted disc 55
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
on the axis 75, (Figure 8), one of the cams 124 pushes the frame of the neutralizer and tooth 123 releases tooth 51, while the spring exerts the required pressure on the cartridges locked in the magazine. The frame 54 returns to the normal position under the pressure of the spring 57, disposed in the body 52 of the neutralizer.
In the body 1 of the base 43 of the magazine tube (Figures 2,5 and 6) is placed the retaining finger 36, working during the movement of the oanon. This finger consists of a body provided with a tooth 114 retaining the cartridges and fixed to the man-ohon 116 containing a spring 117, which rests on the screw 118, aimed at the wall of the base 43 of the magazine tube.
The manohon 116 has a notch 119 allowing it to be moved in height. In addition, the sleeve is superiorly obstructed and it is terminated by the fork 120 embracing the pin 115, which enters obliquely through the barrel hole, in the upper part of the body 1. When the barrel presses the pin 115, the sleeve lowers and with it moves the entire immobilizer and tooth 114 releases the cartridges. The displacement of the pin 115 in the opposite direction is ensured by the rounded shape of its protruding extreity under the extension 3 of the barrel 2, mmni of an edéqyat boss.
During the recoil movement of the oanon, the spring 117, pressing against the screw 118, raises the manohon 116, the pin 115 and the tooth 114 and stops the cartridges in the magazine (figure 8).
The barrel is fixed to the magazine chamber by the claw 121 embracing the barrel loading chamber (Figures 7 and 1a which, after firing, moves in the claw 121 and in the guide 47 attached to the magazine tube 38. The The gun also had a brake 92, coupled with a slide 46 by tooth 93 entering the recess 94 of the slide.

biased by the return springs 39, placed on the rods
40, which pass through the slide 46 and the guide 47.
The springs 39 pressing the brake, made of a relatively soft material, such as for example aluminum, urge the brake against the magazine tube 38, because the tooth
93 slides on the slope of the recess 94, and thanks to the choice of the hardness of the surfaces in contact, the barrel returns slowly to its place, without damaging ohoo, against the projection of the frame connection 44 embracing the loading chamber . The rods 40 of the return springs 39 are fixed in the plate 121 symmetrically on both sides of the barrel (FIG. 10).
The use of two weaker springs replacing a stronger spring makes it possible to reduce the enoombration and obtain a more aesthetic aspect of the rifle.
The block 4 (Figures 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17) consists of a heel 95 having a notch, in which are the gés the locks 5 and 6, to lock the block ad-cssé to the loading chamber of the cannon. The latches 5 and 6 are driven by the arm 12 disposed, by means of the pin, in the notches 98 of the arms 99 of the latch 5, the curved projections 100 of the arm 12 embracing the latch 5 on two sides, L One of the protrusions 100 is located under the latch 6 and holds it a little lower than the latch 5. The latch 6 has a projection 101 passing under the latch 5 and serving to level the surfaces of the two latches in their lower position.
The bolts 5 and 6 enter the corresponding recesses of the extension 3 of the barrel, the recess reserved for the bolt 5 being deeper than that of the bolt 6. The arm 12 is provided with a pin 108 (figure 15) passing behind the projection. of the slide 13, which is fitted with a claw 9 allowing the block 4 to be moved by hand.
Inside the heel 95 of the block (figure 16) is provided
<Desc / Clms Page number 7>
a hole 104 having a flattened oonic profile, in which is housed a striker 7, one end of which serves for the percussion of the capsula, while the other end passes between the arms 99 of the bolt 5 and is coupled to said arms by means a pin 105, passing through a slot 106 of the perouter, which allows the movement of the latter under the blow of the hammer 13.
The striker is raised with the bolt 5, while the hammer can only reach it in the raised position, that is to say when the block is locked. When the latch 5 is placed in the down position, the striker 7 is also in the lower position (see dotted line in figure 16) and the projection 186 of the striker rests against the edge of the conical opening 104.
The arm 12 has the shape of a fork joined by a groove mounted in a removable manner in the notches 98 of the latch 5 and it is pressed, by one end, against the pin 90 (figure 13) of the spring. 25, housed in the sleeve 125 mounted in the butt.
The heel 95 of the block 4 is screwed onto the slide 10, which its moves with said heel, in the guides of the body 1.
The block 4 is provided, below, with a stop finger 11, in the form of a lever pressed by a spring. The finger 11 retains the cartridges in the magazine during the forward movement of the block and the free end of the finger rests against the cartridge housed in the base 43 of the magazine tube 38 retaining all the cartridges in the magazine. The slide 10 also has a notch 107 (Figure 14), into which can enter the pawl 16 placed in the arm of the transmitter 14 and tilting only in the direction of movement of the block 4 under the action of said.

block and spring 17 (see dotted line in figure 13).
The transmitter 14 is article in the body 1 on the axes 112 and it is provided with a pallet 109, which transmits the cartridges to the chamber of the block, as well as two arms 110 and 111. The arm 110 is longer and provided with of the aforesaid cam 16, one end of which rests against the spring 17 while the shorter arm is provided, below, with a projection 113 resting on the spring 24 of the transmitter.
The hammer 13, being under the action of the spring 22 which strikes the striker 7, is arranged in the trigger plate 18.
The trigger 19 is provided with a safety device 21. The safety rod 20, of known construction, enters the fork of the arm 12 and protects the hammer 13 against release during the retreat of the bloo.
The dog 13 is embraced by the rider 15 (figures 13, 14 and 17) turning with a certain play, in the same time as the hammer, and supporting the lower arm 12 during the release of the dog; the arm 12 rising, pushes the bolts 5 and 6, which form the block, during the firing, if these are not xxxxx / not in their high position.

The rifle is armed through the side opening
91 of the store room, which has a door
31 that closes and opens by a closure device comprising a button 66 and a spring 96 disposed in a housing 70 (Figures 11 and 12). The door is fixed to the hinge 34 by a spring 35 which opens the door when the button 66 is pressed. The button 66 has a notch corresponding to the hook 69 attached to the lug 68 of the door.
Spring 33; fixed in the longitudinal direction of the door 31, retains the cartridges in the magazinexxx, by means of a cam 97 projecting forward during the opening of the door and hiding in the door during the closing. The cam 97 prevents the exit of the cartridge from the magazine - when the door is not closed (see dotted line, figure 12), while during closing '. the cam 97 comes to be hidden in the door by resting, by its non-lined edge, on the hinge 34. The projection 32 of the door 31 serves to press the cartridge against a finger 29, which maintains the transmitter in the po- est placed this if% ion low.
On the other side of the door, is placed this finger 29, is is of which! the body / disposed on the axis 78 and / provided with a button 71 as well as a spring 127 pressing the finger against the transmitter. When the cartridge is placed in the magazine chamber, the finger 29 releases the transmitter 14 which returns to the upper position by inserting the cartridge into the block chamber.
In the body 1 (Figures 14 and 17) is fixed a retaining member, Selui consists of a flat spring 59, provided with a tooth 61 and a projection 60. The tooth 61 serves to stop the barrel, after its recoil resulting from the firing, under the action of return springs 39, so that the barrel, once in the normal position, cannot move back-
<Desc / Clms Page number 10>
The projection 60 serves to withdraw the tooth from the path of the barrel during its recoil, and the displacement of the latter is done by means of the block 4 retreating with the barrel, which, by pressing the projection 60, withdraws the tooth 61 from the path of the barrel. barrel, which cannot come out until the barrel reaches its normal position.
The cocking of the rifle takes place with the door 31 open, and the slide 50 must be in the position shown in FIG. 7, so that the block must be moved to the rear position. The cartridges are introduced one by one into the opening of the door when the rifle is tilted, the barrel directed downwards, the cartridges entering the magazine under the effect of gravity.
The last cartridge remains on the pallet 109 of the transmitter 14 and, after closing the door, is pressed, by the projection 32, against the finger 29, which, by yielding, releases the transmitter 14, the latter, under Inaction of the spring 24, lifts the cartridge up to the block chamber (see dotted line, figure 11) and releases the block 4 by the separation of the arm 110 and the exit of the cam 16 of the recess 64. The block 4, biased by spring 25 and arm 12, moves forward by inserting the cartridge into the loading chamber. the position of the cartridge on the pallet 109 of the transmitter 14, in its lower position is indicated by the dotted line in figure 11.
When the block returns and the cartridge enters the loading chamber, the arm 12 lifts the latches 5 and 6, as shown in figures 13 and 16, locks the block in the corresponding recesses of the barrel and, simul - immediately, by pressing the rear end of the fork against the projection of the safety device 20, releases the hammer

13. The block 4, moving forward, presses against the cam 16 and moves the transmitter 14, the pallet of which comes under the finger 29, in the low position, and remains in this position.
By actuating the trigger 19, the hammer, released, strikes the striker 7 and crushes the capsule of the cartridge, thus causing the deflagration required by the launching of the bullet.
Barrel 2 and block 4 retreat under the action of fire, and at the same time. the block, by pressing the projection 60, moves the tooth 61 out of the path of the barrel. The block and the barrel retreat to the projection 74, located in the rear part of the body (figure 14), under which come the teeth 108 of the latch 5; then, the block and the barrel are decoupled, the barrel returns to its normal position, under the action of the springs, and is placed behind the tooth 61 of the finger 59, thanks to which the barrel cannot vibrate and we 'thus obtains the immobilization of the mechanism. Block 4 remains in the raised position because transmitter cam 16 falls into recess 107 in block slide 10 and the transmitter will be immobilized by finger 29.
During the recoil of the barrel, after firing, the projection 45 of the barrel hooks the stop 56 of the disc 55 of the noutralisateur, which raises the frame 54 and releases the tooth 51 of the sleeve 48.Dàa then, the spring 49 of the magazine presses the cartridges which are pressed against tooth 114 of finger 36, (Figure 8). When the barrel returns to its normal position, it presses the pin 115, moves the tooth 114 'downwards and releases the cartridges, and the magazine spring 49 pushes a cartridge which, entering the chamber, pushes the finger 29 apart and releases the cartridge. transmitter to 14 biased / - high by the spring. At the same time, the transmitter releases the block 4 and the spring 25, by means of an arm.
<Desc / Clms Page number 12>
12, press the said block against the barrel.
If tooth 51 was not released during the recoil of the barrel after firing, it will be released during the return of the barrel, because the sccroscher projection 45 then had the return pazdant neutralizer stopper then hooked the neutralizer stop 56 during the return. oanon in its normal position.
Cartridges; in the store, are retames by your finger
11 after the lowering of the tooth 114, that is to say when the barrel is in place and the block 4 is pressed against the loading chamber.
Bar 41; on which the slide 50 moves, has a graduation (figure 18) indicating the number of cartridges in the magazine, this indication resulting from the fact that the slide, under the action of the spring 49, is moved, after each shot, one cartridge length.
The rifle is unloaded by opening the door 31, moving the slide 50 and moving the block 4, which expels the cartridge from the barrel through the extractors 62 and the expeller 63. The slide 50 compresses the spring in the neutral position, and, during the inclination of the rifle, with the butt pointing downwards, the cartridges, under the effect of gravity, fall through the opening 91.
The return of the block 4 is done by hand by means of the projection 9 with the slide 103 disposed on the rod 95 (figure 15), which, during the clamping of the projection 9, moves a little backwards, pressing the ankle 102 of the arm 12 and then moves it back. As soon as the arm returns, presses the crossbar on the edge of the opening 98 of the arms 99, drives the bolts 5 and 6 downwards and releases the block from the barrel. This block, in its rearward movement, hooks the recess 107 to the cam 16 of the transmitter 14 and remains in this position until the transmitter is released by the finger 29.
The hand release of the finger 29 and the closing of the block can be obtained by means of the button 71 (figure 21) which, under
<Desc / Clms Page number 13>
certain one / pressure, spread your finger from the top of the. transmitter and frees block 4.
The loading, unloading, assembly and disassembly of the automatic weapon, the automatic introduction of the last cartridge, the simplicity of construction and execution allow the automatic hunting weapon to be widespread in everyone.
