Il est prévu, que la pointe peut être faite de façon à pouvoir permettre au jouet, tout en tournant, d'avoir son axe de rotation horizontal ou inoliné, étant soutenu par la force gyrosoopique et par la dite pointe, s'appuyant sur une baguette ou autre objet . On comprendra bien, que le perfectionnement en question fait varier la combinaison des jeux et permet au joueur d'imaginer des exercices et des tours nouveaux, impossibles sans sa présenoe .Il est entendu que la réalisation pratique de l'invention peut être exécutée de façons différentes, par exemple, on peut obtenir une pointe en donnant une forme appropriée au côté extérieur du disque même ;
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

On prévoit ( fig.

EMI1.2
Improvement of the "NiTGtE2E" toy.
The present invention relates to the improvement of the old toy "EMIGRETTE" known today under the name of "YOYO".
The present invention oonsiste in that, on the outer side of one or both discs of the toy, at the center of rotation and in the direction of its axis, a point is made so that it allows the toy, being placed in state of rotation on any support, of turning like a top.
It is expected that the point can be made in such a way as to be able to allow the toy, while rotating, to have its horizontal or non-linear axis of rotation, being supported by the gyrosoopic force and by the said point, resting on a wand or other object. It will be understood that the improvement in question varies the combination of games and allows the player to imagine new exercises and tricks, impossible without its presence. It is understood that the practical realization of the invention can be carried out in ways different, for example, a point can be obtained by giving an appropriate shape to the outer side of the disc itself;
or, for example, by lengthening to the distance and in the manner necessary the part or the end of the axis, bolt, rivet or other part, which, depending on the particularity
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
construction, can pass through the discs of the toy.
This point can also constitute an independent part attaching to the toy in a suitable manner.
Some variants of the practical embodiment of the invention are shown, by way of example, in the accompanying drawings, which show the axillary sections of a disc of the toy. In Figure I, the end of the part a, protruding from the body of the disc d, forms the point p. It is understood that the part a and disc ± can have different shapes and constructions, and be united to each other in different ways; they can be oreux, composed of several parts, etc ...
FIG. I represents, as an example, the case where the part a is provided with a screw thread and the disc d is held using the eorou e.
In FIG. 2 the point p is made as an independent part, which by its end a enters the appropriate cavity of the disc d.
Figure 3 shows the tip 2 also made as an independent part in the cavity of which the axis a enters through its end b.
In the case shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3, the tip p can be retained in place in different ways, such as for example, using a screw thread or the like.
In Figure 4, we see the point characterized by the presence of a circular groove r made with the aim of allowing the toy, by leaning on any rod k and, being supported by the gyroscopic force, to have its axis of rotation inolined or horizontal.
It is understood that the tip will be appropriate depending on the construction of the disc which may have different shapes, be hollow, etc.
It will be understood that the invention is not strictly limited to the examples described and shown, but that it can vary from
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
shapes, dimensions, proportions, materials according to the needs of the practice.
Provision is made (fig. 5) for the possibility of constructing a support s, having the shape of an arc or other, whose ends n and n 'receive the points and p' of the toy 1. This support can be made removable. . It can be used as support for the toy during its rotation as during its rest. The butt of the stand may be made in a suitable way, known or not, to launch the toy like a spinning top.
