Les particularités sont les suivantes Le support 1 possède une battée 6 en forme d'un arc dans laquelle estappliqué le couteau 5 qui estalors fixé au myen de vis. Cette battée maintient le dos 7 du cou- teau 5 qui est également maintenu fixe à ses extrémités 8 et 9 par la même battée.

3) la partie 11 du sup.ort 1 est plus basse que la battée pour que celle-ci puisse servir de guide pour couper à une épaisseur régulière . Pour faire varier cette épais- seur en intercale entre'le couteau et le support une ron- delle à chaque vis.
4) la partie qui forme le manche 12 a une forme spéciale et est munie d'une encoche 13 . L'extrémité est pourvue d'une pointe arrondie 14 qui empêche l'appariel de glis- ser Bars de la main et la partie opposée parte une autre

partie arrondie 15 dans laquelle s'applique le pouce pour empêcher que l'appareil glisse dans la main.
5)le cuteau a sa partie coupante 16 à l'intérieur de l'arc et porte un biseau 17.
Résumé.
Je revendique comme nouveau et de men invention un cou- teau destiné à couper les choux, légumes, fruits etc pour les particularités suivantes: Le support métallique coulé d'une seule pièce est en forme d'un arc dans lequel estpratiquée une battée qui maintient en place un couteau qui est ensuite fixé au moyen de vis .
TJne encoche qui permet le dégagement de la matière coupée et dont une partie est plus basse que celle portant le couteau. La partie qui ferme le manche est munie d'une en- coche pour siéger le poids.A l'extrémité de cette partie elle porte une peinte arrondie formant arrêt et qui empê- che l'appareil de glisser hors de la main tandis qu'au Côté apposé de cette même partie, elle porte une autre pointe arrendie qui empêche l'appareil de glisser dans la ma.in. La partie tranchante du couteau est teurnée vers l'intérieur de l'arc.

I claim as a new and of my invention a knife intended for cutting cabbages, vegetables, fruits, etc. for the following peculiarities: The metal support cast in one piece is in the form of an arc in which a beat is made which maintains in place a knife which is then fixed by means of screws.
