Ce nouveau passe-purée represente par les plans ci-joints se compose d'un cône 1 qui fait corps avec un cylindre 2 et un fond 3.Le cylindre 2 et le fond 3 sont munis de trous.
Un arbre 4 est fixé dans le centre du fend 3 . L'arbre 4 est entouré d'une buselure 5 munie à sa partie supérieure d'une manivelle 6 et à sa partie inférieure de plusieurs ailes 7 dent une partie frette sur le fend 3 et l'autre contre la paroi intérieure du cylindre 2. Une rondelle spéciale 8 pré- sentant des ondulations 9 entoure l'axe dans le fond 3. Ces ondulations 9 soulèvent et abaissent les ailes 7 avec les- quelles elles viennent en contact pendant le mouvement de rotations .
