Abstract
De huidige uitvinding heeft betrekking op een werkwijze voor het elektrolytisch verzinken van draadstangen, omvattende het aanbrengen van een veelheid draadstangen in een geperforeerde trommel via een overlangse sleuf en het sequentieel onderdompelen van de trommel in volgende vier baden: een ontvetbad, een beitsbad, een zinkbad, voorzien van een zure, waterige oplossing die zinkionen en chloride-ionen omvat, en een passiveerbad, waarbij de trommel tijdens het onderdompelen in het zinkbad gezwenkt wordt tussen een hoek van 180° en -180°. In het bijzonder zullen de draadstangen verenkeld en verdeeld worden tijdens het zwenken middels een interne hoek aanwezig in de trommel. De uitvinding heeft eveneens betrekking op een inrichting voor het elektrolytisch verzinken van draadstangen omvattende: een van een sleuf voorziene, prismavormige trommel met geperforeerde zijvlakken, en een hangbaan voorzien van ophangelementen, zwenkbaar gekoppeld aan het grond- en bovenvlak van de trommel, waarbij de hangbaan is uitgevoerd met ten minste een daling en tenminste een stijging voor het respectievelijk neerwaarts in een bad en opwaarts uit het bad voeren van de trommel. In particular, one of the side surfaces of the drum has a groove along its length.
