Abstract

Procédé pour obtenir des peaux synthétique analogues à des peaux naturelles par application à un matériau composite en feuille, formé d'une matrice polymère poreuse à l'intérieur de laquelle sont incorporées des fibres, de préférence de polyamide, d'une phase tannante entièrement similaire à celle utilisée sur des peaux naturelles ; cette phase est suivie par un traitement avec une solution aqueuse d'un dialdéhyde ou d'un polyaldéhyde et par une phase d'enduisage, entièrement similaires à celles utilisée sur les peaux naturelles; le principe de l'invention consiste à effectuer, entre la phase de tannage et le traitement avec l'adéhyde, une phase de remplissage dans laquelle des résines polymères synthétiques mélangées avec des tanins synthétiques et/ou naturels sont introduites et fixées dans la matrice poreuse.
