Abstract

Dans le procédé de régénération de sable de fonderie usagé, on accélère et on freine de façon répéptée les grains de sable, on les gratte par des sollicitations combinées aux chocs et au cisaillement et on les libère ainsi des enveloppes de produits d'addition et de liant fixés sur les grains. Pendant le traitement, on aspire de façon controlée dans un séparateur à cyclone 3 la poussière 2 grattée des grains de sable dans un tambour tournant 1 de traitement du sable. Application à la récupération de la bentonite et des produits carbonés afin de réduire la pollution de l'environnement.
