A clean device comprises a drive motor, a rotating shaft, a turntable, a connecting rod, a slide block, a short rod, a slide rail and a water spray head. The driving motor is connected with the rotating shaft in a driving way, and the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the turntable, the turntable is rotationally connected with the connecting rod through the pin shaft, and the connecting rod is rotationally connected with the slider through the pin shaft. The inner walls of the left and right ends of the bracket body are fixedly connected with two short rods, whose ends are fixedly connected with two slide rails. A corridor is formed between the two slide rails and a slide block is embedded in the slide rails. The bottom of the slide block is detachably connected with a water spraying head. A nozzle hole is arranged on the side wall of the water spraying head and the water outlet of the water spraying head faces the seedling raising device; A seedling raising device comprises a seedling raising board, a seedling raising tray, a comb tooth, a comb tooth spacing area, a partition board, a cotton trough, a water absorbing belt, a water trough and a base.
