Filter im Probeentnahmerohr von Gasleitungen zu'Gasanalysierapparaten.
Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Filter bei Probeentnahmerohren von Gasleitungen zu Gasanalysierapparaten, bei welchen in bekannter Weise oben offene, unten trichterförmige Gefässe zur Abscheidung von Verunreinigungen aus Gasen verwendet werden.
Die Erfindung kennzeichnet sich hauptsächlich dadurch, dass das Probeentnahmerohr in ein aus festen Körpern bestehendes Filtermaterial eintaucht, das zweckmässig in einem auswechselbaren Gefäss untergebracht ist.
Hierdurch werden mehrere bedeutungsvolle Vorteile im Verhältnis zu anderen vorher bekannten Vorrichtungen erreicht. Teils wird das Filter billiger, teils ist dasselbe leichter gegen ein neues auszutauschen und teils kann ein wirksames Filtrieren erreicht werden.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsformen der Erfindung veranschaulicht, und zwar in Fig. i bei einem wagrechten und in Fig. 2 bei einem senkrechten Gaskanal. a ist ein Gaskanal, z. B. ein Rauchgaskanal von einem Dampfkessel. In diesen Kanal führt das am Gasanalysierapparat angeschlossene Rohr b, das der Erfindung gemäss mit seinem im Gaskanal befindlichen Ende in einem offenen, zweckmässig trichterförmigen Gefäss c mündet. Das Gefäss ist mit geeignetem, aus festen Körpern bestehenden Filtermaterial d, z. B. Sand, gefüllt, in das das Probeentnahmerohr b eintaucht.
Das Rohr b, das zweckmässig aus Kupfer besteht, ist von einem Schutzmantel e umgeben ; derselbe weist einen Boden f auf, an dem das Gefäss c mittels Armen g und einer Rohrhülse h befestigt ist.
Auf diese Weise wird eine bereits im Gaskanal filtrierte Probe durch ein ohne Vermittlung von äusseren Filtern zum Gasanalysierapparate geführtes Rohr entnommen.
Die Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 2 unterscheidet sich von dem Apparat gemäss Fig. 1 nur dadurch, dass das Rohr b und die Hülse e wagrecht angeordnet sind. Das Ende des Rohres h muss in diesem Falle winklig abgebogen sein.
Der Kanal a kann aus irgendeinem Gaskanal bestehen. Er kann aus einer Abzweigung eines Rauchgaskanals, z. B. einer Zirkulationsleitung, durch welche eine kontinuierliche Zirkulation des Gases stattfindet, bestehen.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : i. Filter im Probeentnahmerohr von Gasleitungen zu Gasanalysierapparaten, bei denen oben offene, unten trichterförmige Gefässe zur Abscheidung von Verunreinigungen aus dem Gase verwendet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Probeentnahmerohr in ein aus festen Körpern bestehendes Filtermaterial eintaucht.

The present invention relates to a filter in sampling tubes from gas lines to gas analyzers, in which, in a known manner, vessels that are open at the top and funnel-shaped at the bottom are used to separate impurities from gases.
The invention is mainly characterized in that the sampling tube is immersed in a filter material consisting of solid bodies, which is expediently accommodated in an exchangeable vessel.
This achieves several significant advantages over other previously known devices. Sometimes the filter becomes cheaper, sometimes it is easier to replace the same with a new one and sometimes an effective filtering can be achieved.
In the drawing, two embodiments of the invention are illustrated, namely in FIG. 1 with a horizontal gas duct and in FIG. 2 with a vertical gas duct. a is a gas channel, e.g. B. a flue gas duct from a steam boiler. The tube b connected to the gas analyzer leads into this channel and, according to the invention, with its end located in the gas channel opens into an open, suitably funnel-shaped vessel c. The vessel is filled with a suitable filter material consisting of solid bodies, e.g. B. sand, filled into which the sampling tube b is immersed.
The tube b, which is suitably made of copper, is surrounded by a protective jacket e; the same has a bottom f, to which the vessel c is attached by means of arms g and a tubular sleeve h.
In this way, a sample that has already been filtered in the gas channel is taken through a tube that is led to the gas analysis apparatus without the intermediation of external filters.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from the apparatus according to FIG. 1 only in that the tube b and the sleeve e are arranged horizontally. The end of the tube h must be bent at an angle in this case.
The channel a can consist of any gas channel. He can from a branch of a flue gas duct, z. B. a circulation line through which a continuous circulation of the gas takes place exist.
PATENT CLAIMS: i. Filters in the sampling pipe of gas lines to gas analyzers, in which open-topped, funnel-shaped vessels at the bottom are used to separate impurities from the gases, characterized in that the sampling pipe is immersed in a filter material consisting of solid bodies.
