Verfahren zum Einblasen des Brennstoffes in Verbrennungskraftmaschinen mit Hilfspumpe, wie Dieselmaschinen u. dgl
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Diesel-u. dgl. Verb. ennungskraftmaschinen, die mit einem hochgespannten Einblasemittel arbeiten, das ausserhalb des Arbeitszylinders durch besondere Hilfspumpen erzeugt wird. Die Erfindung beruht darauf, dass die Spannung des Einblasemittels durch Hervorrufung einer Verbrennung in der für den Betrieb von Diesel-u. dgl.
Maschinen vorhandenen Hilfspumpe beliebig erhöht wird, wodurch kleinere Hilfspumpen mit geringerer Endverdichtung als bisher für den Betrieb solcher Maschinen ausreichend werden.
Zweckmässig ist die Hervorrufung der Verbrennung in der Hilfspumpe durch Selbstzündung und mit dem für die Hauptmaschine verwendeten Treibmittel (Brennstoff).
Um einen günstigen Verlauf der Verbrennungskurve im Arbeitszylinder zu erreichen, wird gemäss der Erfindung die Einführung des von des Hilfspumpe erzeugten Einblasemittels in den-Arbeitszylinder sowohl hinsichtlich der Menge als auch des Einspritzzeitpunktes der Belastung und Umdrehungszahl der Maschine entsprechend geregelt ; zu diesem Zwecke wird die Menge des der Hilfspumpe für jede Verbrennung zugeführten Brennstoffes durch eine von Hand oder durch einen Regler betätigte Vorrichtung geregelt, durch die bei Leerlauf und niedrigen Umdrehungszahlen die Brennstoffzufuhr mehr gedrosselt wird als bei grösseren Belastungen und Umdrehungszahlen. Gleichzeitig wird die Steuerung des Einspritzventils derart beeinflusst, dass die Brennstoffeinspritzung in den Arbeitszylinder bei hoher Umdrehungszahl früher erfolgt als bei geringer Umdrehungszahl.
