Wurfrad für Kartoffelerntemaschinen.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Verbesserung an Wurfrädern für Kartoffelerntemaschinen und besteht darin,-dass am Umfang des Wurfrades abwechselnd mit den gesteuerten Wurfzinken kürzere Gabeln angeordnet sind, welche die harte Erdkruste lockern,' Unkraut ausreissen und für die Wurfzinken den Boden vorbereiten. Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt ; Fig. i zeigt ein Schaubild und Fig. 2 das Wurfrad im Querschnitt.
Auf dem Wurfrade 2, welches in üblicher Weise von der Welle der Haupträder aus mittels Kegelrädergetriebe durch die Welle 1 angetrieben wird, sind die Wurfzinken a gelagert, deren Kurbeln im vorliegenden Falle in bekannter Weise von dem Leitring 3 gesteuert werden. Auf dem Wurfrade 2 sind erfindungsgemäss abwechselnd mit den Wurfzinken a Gabeln e befestigt, die bedeutend kürzer sind als die Wurfzinken und bei der Arbeit nicht bis zu den Knollen in den Boden eingreifen ; da sie aber mit dem Wurfrade fest verbunden sind, lockern sie die Erde, reissen das Unkraut aus und werfen es zur Seite und bereiten so den Boden für die Wurfzinken vor.
Die Befestigungssehrauben f greifen vorteilhafterweise in Längsschlitze der Wurfgabelstiele bzw. der Wurfscheibe ein, so dass die Gabeln nach Bedarf radial verstellt werden können.

The object of the invention forms an improvement on throwing wheels for potato harvesting machines and consists in -that shorter forks are arranged on the circumference of the throwing wheel alternating with the controlled throwing prongs, which loosen the hard earth crust, pull out weeds and prepare the ground for the throwing prongs. The object of the invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment; FIG. 1 shows a diagram and FIG. 2 shows the throwing wheel in cross section.
The throwing tines a are mounted on the throwing wheel 2, which is usually driven by the shaft of the main wheels by means of bevel gears through the shaft 1, the cranks of which are controlled in the present case by the guide ring 3 in a known manner. According to the invention, alternately with the throwing prongs a forks e are attached to the throwing wheel 2, which are significantly shorter than the throwing prongs and do not reach into the soil as far as the tubers during work; but since they are firmly attached to the throwing wheel, they loosen the earth, pull up the weeds and throw them to one side, preparing the ground for the throwing tines.
The fastening screws f advantageously engage in longitudinal slots of the throwing fork stems or the throwing disc, so that the forks can be adjusted radially as required.
