Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie A-B der Fig. 1.

Process for the production of hollow stones from Beion or the like.

The subject of the present invention is a method for the production of hollow stones from concrete or the like. Mortar masses, which is characterized in that initially a flat material layer corresponding to the network of the hollow stone wall is produced.
 EMI1.1
harden the mass without using a core to form the body shape against each other and be connected at the abutting edges.

In the drawing, the method is shown, for example, with a cube-shaped hollow stone. Fig. 1 shows the spread out layer from which the hollow stone herge-. should be shared. FIG. 2 is a section on line A-B of FIG. 1.

Concrete or other mortar mass is applied to a suitable base in the form of a cubic net: the plate is weakened at the five breaking lines of the net, which correspond to five edges of the finished cube and which are shown in Fig. 1 with dash-dotted lines 1, for example by that, as can be seen from FIG. 2, wedge-shaped grooves are cut out or impressed along these lines.

This divides the network shape into six parts or plates corresponding to the sides of the cube. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, which by appropriate erecting and joining together result in the finished cube shape, which is secured by appropriate union of the abutting surfaces on the edges.

For the last-mentioned purpose, reinforcing wires 8 can be embedded in the concrete mass, the ends of which protrude over the edges of the plates 3 to 7 and, after the formation of the cube shape, are connected to one another by combining or twisting them together.

To increase the strength of the stones, you can use one of the plates, e.g. B. the middle 2 is provided with a lug 9 or more such lugs, against the free end faces of which other inner surfaces of the ilohistin are supported when the hollow stone is joined.

 EMI1.2
Bonding is brought into the physical shape, whereby the abutting edges of the fields are connected to one another.
