    Knetmaschine.   



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kuetmaschine, bei welcher die   Knetarme   durch Kurbeltriebe und Kniehebel bewegt werden. Während bei den bekannten Knetmaschinen dreiteilige Kniehebel vorhanden sind, von den der Verbindungszapfen zweier Kniehebelarme in der Nut einer Kurvenscheibe geführt ist, sind bei vorliegender Knetmaschine nur zweiarmige Kniehebel   vorhanden, deren Enden feststehende, zweckmässig ausserhalb   der Mitte des Antriebes liegende Drehlager besitzen, wodurch unter anderem eine wirksamere Knetarbeit erzielt wird. 



   In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform einer solchen Knetmaschine in der Vorderansicht mit teilweisem Schnitt dargestellt. 



   In den den zu verarbeitenden Teig aufnehmenden Kessel 1 greifen zwei Knotarme bzw. Gruppen von   Knetarmen   2 ein, die au Fortsätzen 31 von Büchsen 3 mittels der Klemmschrauben 4 lösbar befestigt sind, so dass man sie höchstschwingen kann, wenn der Kessel 1 ausgefahren werden soll. Die Büchsen 3 sitzen auf den Kurbelzapfen 5 von   Kurbeln 6,   die von Wellen 7 abgehen,   deren   gemeinsamer Antrieb mittels der auf den Wellen aufgekeilten und ineinandergreifenden Zahnräder 8 durch einen in das eine Zahnrad eingreifenden Zahntrieb 9 erfolgt, der durch einen ein- und ausrückbaren Antrieb in Drehung versetzt wird.

   Die Büchsen bilden ferner das Ende von Kniehebeln 10, 11, deren Arme sich kreuzen und deren Arm 11 an ihren Enden Drehlager 12 besitzen, die ausserhalb der Mitte des Antriebes liegen   uud feststehen.
