Rohölvorwärmer.
Gegenstand des Stammpatentes Nr. 70268 ist ein Rohölvorwärmer mit Destillatverteilung in Rohrreihen, bei welchem die Destillatverteiler mit den Destillatrohranschlüssen im Innern des Vorwärmergefässes angeordnet sind, wobei der Eintrittsverteiler mit dem nach aussen geführten Destillateinlass fest und die übrigen mit nach aussen geführten Destillatablassrohren versehenen Verteiler beweglich gelagert sind. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft nun eine Verbesserung des Vorwärmers nach dem Stammpatente, welche darin besteht, dass in einem in bekannter Weise stehend angeordneten Vorwämergefäss die Rohrreihen lotrecht und an diesen die mit Kondensatablassrohren versehenen Verteiler unten angeordnet sind.
Die Anordnung gemäss der Erfindung ermöglicht bei den üblichen stehenden, Absatzgefässen, in welchen die Abscheidung des Wassers aus dem Rohöl bewerkstelligt wird und welche lediglich mit einer Rückstandschlange ausgestattet sind, in dem gleichen Gefäss gleichzeitig die Ausnutzung der Destillatgaswärme, also die Kombi nietung des. Absatzgefässes mit dem Rohölvorwärmer in einem Gefäss, wodurch, abgesehen von der Raumersparnis, nicht nur ein entwässertes Rohöl, sondern gleichzeitig auch ein vor- gewärmtes Rohöl erhältlich ist und die gleichen Vorteile erreicht werden wie bei der Anordnung eines liegenden Rohölvorwärmers zwischen einem stehenden Absatzgefäss und der Destillierblase.
