Verbindungsstück für Pfosten und Gurte bei Schalungsgerüsten.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Verbindungsstück für die Pfosten und Gurte bei Schalungsgerüsten, welches in bekannter Weise einen H-förmigen oder ähnlichen Querschnitt besitzt. Die bisher bekannt gewordenen Verbindungsstücke dieser Art mussten mittels Verschraubung oder dgl. an den Pfosten befestigt werden. Dadurch wurde das Pfostenmaterial beschädigt und es traten mit der Zeit grosse Materialverluste ein. Dies verhindert die vorliegende Erfindung.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Verbindungsstück gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung in einer beispielsweisen Ausftihrungsform schaubildlich dargestellt
Das Verbindungsstück besitzt in bekannter Weise doppel-U-förmigen Querschnitt. Der obere Teil d dient als Lager für die Gurte b. Der untere Teil c ist erfindungsgemäss umfänglich vollkommen geschlossen und wird auf den Pfosten a aufgesetzt, auf welchem er dadurch unverschieblich gelagert ist. Eine weitere Befestigung an dem Pfosten durch Verschraubung oder dgl. ist nicht notwendig. Es ist insbesondere auch das Ende des Pfostens a durch die kapselförmige Ausgestaltung des Teiles r vor der gefürchteten, materialvernichtenden Spaltung sicher geschützt.

The subject of the present invention is a connecting piece for the posts and straps in formwork scaffolding, which in a known manner has an H-shaped or similar cross-section. The previously known connecting pieces of this type had to be fastened to the post by means of screwing or the like. As a result, the post material was damaged and large losses of material occurred over time. This prevents the present invention.

In a known manner, the connecting piece has a double U-shaped cross section. The upper part d serves as a bearing for the belts b. The lower part c is completely closed according to the invention and is placed on the post a, on which it is immovably mounted. Further fastening to the post by screwing or the like is not necessary. In particular, the end of the post a is also safely protected from the dreaded, material-destroying cleavage by the capsule-shaped configuration of part r.
