Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>
Man löst z. B. Azetylsalizylsäure in trockenem Äther, vermengt diese Lösung
EMI1.2

<Desc / Clms Page number 1>
Process for the preparation of a new yohimbine salt.
The most common yohimbine salt, hydrochloric acid yohimbine, is difficult to dose because of its poor solubility. On the other hand, the yohirnbine salts formed by citric acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid, glycolic acid, etc., which are readily soluble in water, are not very stable, since they tend to be converted into lactide-like compounds. In contrast, the acetylsalicylic acid yohimbine prepared according to the present method is on the one hand easily soluble, but on the other hand also stable.
The new compound is finely crystalline, decomposes sxh at 75 and is in particular
EMI1.1
Rabbit out.
The acetylsalicylic acid yohimbine is obtained by mixing equimolar amounts of solutions containing azotylsalicylic acid or yohimbine and crystallizing the product. One solves z. B. acetylsalicylic acid in dry ether, mixes this solution
EMI1.2
crystallizing product by filtering off the liquid and drying it on clay plates.
