Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zur Entnahme von Proben, z. B. von Samen oder dgl., mittels welcher man eine Probe mitten heraus aus einer grossen Menge solcher Stoffe nehmen kann, also beispielsweise aus einem Haufen, einem Sacke oder dgl.
Auf der Zeichnung ist die Vorrichtung in Fig. 1 und 2 in zwei verschiedenen Gesamtansichten dargestellt ; Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen Einzelheiten ; Fig. 5 und 6 stellen eine ändert'Ausführungsform dar.
Die Vorrichtung besteht im Wesen aus einem zweiteiligen Gtiiässe a, dessen beide Teile mit langen Zugstangen b1 und b2 vorsehen sind. Das zweiteilige Gefäss a hat die Gestalt eines schmalen, zu beiden Seiten zugespitzten Zylinders ; der untere Teil 1 ist an der Stange b1 befestigt, die an jener Stelle, an welcher sie den Behälter erfasst, gabelförmig verzweigt und am Ende mit einem Handgriff 2 versehen ist.
Der zylindrische Teil 1 des Gefässes a läuft unten in den Kegel 3 aus, aus welchem ein Teil der Mantelfläche herausgeschnitten ist (Fig. 3 und 4). Über diesem Kegel 3 ist drehbar der kegelförmige Mantel 4 gelagert, der ebenfalls in seiner Mantelfläche einen mit dem Ausschnitt im Kegel 3 zusammenfallenden Ausschnitt 7 besitzt, so dass durch Verdrehen des Mantels 4 die in das Innere des Gefässes a führende Öffnung geöffnet oder geschlossen werden kann.
Der obere Teil 5 des Behälters a ist oben ebenfalls kegelförmig gestaltet und auf der Gabel der Zugstange b1 geführt, die derart gegabelt ist, dass sich der Behälter a beziehungsweise dessen Teil 5 genügend öffnen kann. Von der Spitze des Kegels des Teiles 5

durch Ziehen an der Stange b2. Dann führt man die Stange b2 in die ursprüngliche Lage zurück, wodurch eine gewisse Menge Samen oder dgl. in dem Behälter a abgeschlossen wird. Nun zieht man die Vorrichtung aus dem Haufen heraus und kann den Inhalt durch Öffnen des Ausschnittes 7 ausleeren.
Die Vorrichtung nach der vorliegenden Anordnung kann man für verschiedene Arten von Samen und streubaren Dungmitteln verwenden ; sie würde jedoch vielleicht nicht für dichtere Materialien gentigen. Für solche verwendet man einen Behälter a (Fig. 5 und G), an dessen unterem Teile 1 schraubenförmige Flügel 9 angeordnet sind, mittels welcher dar Behälter in das Material eingebohrt wird.

The present invention relates to a device for taking samples, e.g. B. of seeds or the like. By means of which you can take a sample right out of a large amount of such substances, for example from a heap, a sack or the like.
In the drawing, the device is shown in Figures 1 and 2 in two different overall views; Figures 3 and 4 show details; Figures 5 and 6 illustrate a modified embodiment.
The device essentially consists of a two-part casting a, both parts of which are provided with long tie rods b1 and b2. The two-part vessel a has the shape of a narrow cylinder that is pointed on both sides; the lower part 1 is attached to the rod b1, which branches off in the shape of a fork at the point at which it grips the container and is provided with a handle 2 at the end.
The cylindrical part 1 of the vessel a runs out at the bottom into the cone 3, from which part of the outer surface is cut out (Fig. 3 and 4). The conical jacket 4 is rotatably mounted above this cone 3, which also has a cutout 7 in its jacket surface that coincides with the cutout in the cone 3, so that the opening leading into the interior of the vessel a can be opened or closed by rotating the jacket 4 .
The upper part 5 of the container a is also conical at the top and is guided on the fork of the pull rod b1, which is forked in such a way that the container a or its part 5 can open sufficiently. From the top of the cone of part 5
