Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen von Flaschen mit Hilfe einer Kapsel.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Änderung an der durch Patent Nr. 47951 geschützten Vorrichtung zum Verkapseln von Flaschen und besteht darin, dass der in der bewegbaren Platte angebrachte Ring, zwischen welchem und dem Abschneidstempel das zur Bildung der Kapsel ausgeschnittene Stück Metall festgehalten wird, nach allen Seiten hin frei drehbar in der Platte gelagert ist, so dass er sich selbsttätig genau nach dem Abschneidstempel einstellen kann.
Die Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung in einem senkrechten Schnitt durch den erwähnten Ring und die in Betracht kommenden Teile der Maschine dargestellt. p ist die feste Oberplatte, unter welcher sich die Platte q, und zwar durch Zapfen s gesteuert, auf-und abbewegen kann. u ist der gewölbte Ring, welcher durch einen, in die Platte p hineingeschraubten Ring v, der mittels einer Kegelfläche um eine entsprechende Fläche am Ringe 14 herum greift, in der Platte p festgehalten wird. Im Ringe u ist der zylindrische Ring t angebracht, der unten mit einer konvexen Kugelfläche tl versehen ist, die in einer konkaven Kugelfläche auf der Platte q ruht.
Da zwischen dem Ring t und dem Ring 140 ein ringförmiger Spielraum vorgesehen ist, kann sich der Ring t, innerhalb gewisser Grenzen, nach allen Richtungen bewegen, wobei die beiden Kugelflächen aufeinander gleiten.
