Description
Vorrichtung zur winkligen Verstellung und Einstellung zweier Teile zueinander. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zur winkligen Verstellung und Einstellung zweier Teile zueinander, wie z. B. zur winkligen Verstellung und Einstel lung von Klappfenstern, Zeichentischen und dergleichen.
Diese Vorrichtung besitzt ein Kugelgelenk, bei welchem der Kugelteil mehrere Vertiefungen besitzt und der becher- förmige Teil mindestens ein radialbewegliches, federbelastetes Organ zum Eingreifen in eine der Vertiefungen.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dar gestellt, und zeigen Fig. 1 bis 3 denselben in drei verschiedenen Stellungen im Schnitt, während Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht zeigt.
An dem Bolzen 1 ist ein becherförmiger Teil 2, der zweiteilig ist und dessen beide Teile 2a und 2'' durch ein Gewinde mitein ander verbunden sind. In diesem Teil 2 ruht die Kugel 3, an der der Bolzen 4 fest ist. Die beiden Bolzen 1 und 4 sollen winklig zueinander verstellt und in einzelnen Win kellagen zueinander festgestellt werden. Auf der Kugel 3 sind mehrere Kreise von Vertiefungen 5 angeordnet. Sowohl die auf den gleichen Kreisen liegenden Vertiefungen, sowie diejenigen benachbarter Kreise sind durch mindertiefe Rinnen 6 miteinander ver bunden.
In dem Teil 2a ist ein Stift 7 lose in einer Bohrung 8 angeordnet, der sich auf eine Kugel 9 stützt, welche denselben Krüm- mungsradius hat wie die Vertiefungen 5. Eine Feder 10 drückt von aussen auf den Stift 7 und so die Kugel 9 radial in eine der Vertiefungen.
Durch Drehen des Bolzens 4 kann man die Winkellage desselben zum Bolzen 1 ver stellen, wie dies die Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigen, wobei die Kugel 9 unter Überwindung des Druckes der Feder 10 in den Rillen 6 läuft. Durch Einschnappen der Kugel 9 in eine Vertiefung 5 wird der Bolzen 4 in seiner Lage festgestellt.
Es könnten auch zwei Stifte 7 mit Kugeln 9 und Federn 10 angeordnet sein.

On the bolt 1 is a cup-shaped part 2, which is in two parts and whose two parts 2a and 2 '' are connected to each other by a thread. In this part 2, the ball 3 rests, on which the bolt 4 is fixed. The two bolts 1 and 4 are to be adjusted at an angle to each other and determined in individual Win kellagen to each other. Several circles of depressions 5 are arranged on the ball 3. Both the wells lying on the same circles, as well as those of neighboring circles are connected to each other by less deep grooves 6.
In the part 2a a pin 7 is loosely arranged in a bore 8, which is supported on a ball 9 which has the same radius of curvature as the depressions 5. A spring 10 presses the pin 7 from the outside and thus the ball 9 radially into one of the wells.
By rotating the bolt 4 you can adjust the angular position of the same relative to the bolt 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the ball 9 running in the grooves 6 while overcoming the pressure of the spring 10. By snapping the ball 9 into a recess 5, the bolt 4 is fixed in its position.
Two pins 7 with balls 9 and springs 10 could also be arranged.
