Description

Kreuzgelenk-Teleskopwelle.

Universal joint telescopic shaft. It is known that universal joint telescopic shafts transmit the rotational movement of the drive shaft to the driven shaft uniformly only under certain conditions. One of these conditions is the same position of the two end pieces of the intermediate shaft in relation to the latter. For example, with a square cross-section

However, parts of the intermediate shaft that are pushed into one another can now be plugged together with their end pieces rotated by 9a 'to one another, which results in a non-uniform rotational movement of the driven shaft.

The aim of the invention is to eliminate this deficiency, namely by virtue of the fact that the non-rotatable parts of the intermediate shaft that are pushed into one another have such a cross-sectional shape that their end pieces would only be in the same position. Can be pushed into each other with respect to the intermediate shaft.

The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 partially a longitudinal section and partially a view of the same, and FIG. 2 a cross section of this. It denotes 1 and 2, the two, inein other inserted parts of the telescopic shaft, at the ends of which by means of pins 3 the one Ga belstück 4 of the universal joints 4, 5 are attached.

The fork pieces 4 must for uniform transmission of the rotational movement of the drive shaft 6 or 7, the output shaft 7 respectively. 6 have the same position in relation to the telescopic shaft. So now the two shaft parts 1 and 2:

can only be plugged together so that the end pieces 4 have the same position mentioned under all circumstances, the shaft parts 1, 2 have a rectangular cross-section. This is the technically simplest rolling or drawing, cross-sectional shape that can only be confused by 1 $ 0.

But it could also be a different, from .der circular or square cross-sectional shape, not or only by 1 $ 0 confusable unequal, non-plane-parallel cross-sectional shape be provided, z. B. a prismatic, rhombic, etc.
