A glass plate coated with varnish and on top of it with sensitized albumin (albumin pre-set with potassium dichromate) is exposed under a negative of the adhesive point arrangement, covered with a water-insoluble adhesive and immersed in water, which dissolves all albumin that has remained soluble, so that only the point-like masses albumin that has become insoluble remain covered with adhesive. After that. cover with granules of the color to be distributed strictly symmetrically and proceed as described.

The method also includes the modification that, after the first color has been applied, the same procedure is followed for the second color and, if desired, for the third color by means of regularly distributed adhesive points. However, because of its costly nature, this method of execution must be restricted to those cases that require a strictly symmetrical distribution for each individual color.

Of course, the adhesive dots to be printed can be arranged in such a way that they are arranged in straight, broken or curved lines that are parallel to one another or that intersect, or that they produce a popular pattern. If the process is used to produce black and white grids, the imprint must be effected in such a way that the two fields are evenly distributed.

In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a view of an example of one produced according to the invention
 EMI2.1
a red grain sits on each sticking point b. By drawn dotted circles it is indicated how the grains of the remaining colors are sandwiched between the adhering red grains.
