   Durch die bekannte Anwendung einer zweiten Ballonhülle und   gleichzeitige Fülluug   des Zwischenraumes im Sinne der Erfindung wird allgemein auch bei   gewöhnlichen Battons   die   Bildung   der   Oberfächenschicht explosibler   Gase vermieden.
