In ein Gefäss für feuergefährliche Flüssigkeiten einschraubbarer Siebeinsatz.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verhütung von Explosionen von Gefässen mit feuergefährlichem Inhalte, bei welcher ein quer durch das Gefäss hindurchreichender zylindrischer Siebeinsatz verwendet ist. Die bekannten Siebeinsätze sind oben und unten starr mit den die feuergefährliche Flüssigkeit enthaltenden Gefässen verbunden. Durch die unvermeidlichen Stösse beim Transporte der Gefässe oder infolge der Wärmeausdehnung oder durch andere Zufälle kann bei der bekannten Bauart der Siebeinsatz leicht verbogen werden, zerreissen oder zerbrochen, wenn er nicht, was aber untunlich ist, sehr stark ausgeführt ist.
Nach vorliegender Erfindung soll der Übelstand dadurch vermieden werden, dass das Schutzrohr nur oben eingeschraubt ist, unten aber mit Spielraum in einer Vertiefung des Bodens ruht, die zw. ar seitliche, ein Abbrechen begünstigende Bewegungen verhütet, eine Längsausdehnung aber zulässt. Schutzrohrende und Bodenvertiefung können kugelförmig, zylindrisch, prismatisch oder pyramidenförmig sein.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfinduugsgegenstand in zwei Ausführungsformen in senkrechten Längsschnitten dargestellt :
An dem ringförmigen Schraubenstöpsel a ist innen das genügend stark hergestellte Schutzrohr b befestigt. Unten ist es mit einem konischen Zapfen c versehen, der beim Einschrauben des Ringstöpsels a sich in die entsprechende Vertiefung d im Fassboden mit Spielraum einlegt.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1 ist das Siebrohr f oben am Ringstöpsel a und unten am konischen Zapfen c befestigt, während bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2 ein unten am Schutzrohre b angebrachter Ring g dem Siebo zur Befestigung dient.
Die zweite Ausführungsform hat vor der ersten den Vorteil, dass beim gefüllten Behälter die im Inneren sich bildenden explosiblen Gase nur im letzten Stadium des Abfüllens mit allenfalls durch die Gefässöffnung schlagenden Flammen oder Zündgasen in Berührung kommen können.

In ein Gefäss für feuergefährliche Flüssigkeiten einschraubbarer Siebeinsatz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des aussen das Metallsieb tragenden, bis auf den Gefässboden hinabreichenden Schutzrohres frei in eine Vertiefung des Bodens hineinragt, zum Zwecke, eine Längenänderung des Siebeinsatzes infolge Tomperaturschwankungen zuzulassen und dadurch einem etwaigen Verbiegen desselben vorzubeugen.
