Vergasungsbrenner.
Fig. 4 in zwei in grösserem Massstabe
EMI1.1
Das Vergasungsrohr a, welches in bekannter Weise mit dem Brennstoffzuführungsrohre i verbunden und mit einem Regulierventil h versehen ist, liegt oberhalb des Brenners b und steht durch das Rohr d mit der Düse c in Verbindung, welche das Gas mit der angesaugten Luft in den Mischraum f bläst, von welchem es in den Brenner b gelangt ;
EMI1.2
(Fig. 3 und 4).

Gasification burner.
The present invention relates to an improvement in gasification burners, in which the pre-gasification tube is located directly above the drum-shaped burner, on whose outer surface the gas outlet openings are arranged.
As the flames forming on the burner only flush the gasification tube in two places, while the part of the gasification tube directly above the burner is completely withdrawn from the effect of the flame, an attempt was made to mount several more on the ceiling of the burner on both sides of the gasification tube to arrange smaller burner openings.
However, the small flames produced at these openings have little heating power due to the lack of air supply; In order to counteract this inconvenience and to supply an appropriate amount of air to the scarfing lines intended for heating the gasification tube, air channels are arranged next to the small openings in the sense of the present invention, which pass through the entire drum and the air from the space below the burner directly lead up.
In the drawing, a burner according to the present invention is shown in Fig. 1 in side view, in Fig. 2 in plan view and in Fig. 3 respectively. Fig. 4 in two on a larger scale
EMI1.1
The gasification pipe a, which is connected in a known manner to the fuel supply pipe i and is provided with a regulating valve h, is located above the burner b and is through the pipe d with the nozzle c in connection, which the gas with the sucked air into the mixing chamber f blows, from which it enters burner b;
EMI1.2
The drum-shaped burner b is provided in a known manner with lateral holes g, and on the ceiling with the holes N on both sides of the gasification tube a, on which small flames form when the burner is ignited.
In order to supply these little filaments with the necessary air from below, air channels m in the form of tubes are arranged next to the holes n in the sense of the present invention, which connect on the one hand to the floor and on the other hand to the ceiling of the burner drum b. (Figures 3 and 4).
As a result of the arrangement of these air ducts m, the small combustion holes n are supplied with the amount of air necessary for the formation of a blue flame, and this initiates intensive heating of the gasifier.
