Abstract

The invention relates to low-temperature surface heating, with a pipe system consisting of an upper and a lower header 2 and of a plurality of heating coils 1 arranged between them hydraulically in parallel. The heating coil 1 opening into the header 2 has a narrowing 5 or an insert at the inlet cross section 4 of its pipe end. As a result of the invention, inter alia, the hydraulic balancing of heating coils of different length is simplified in production terms or, for example, a more flexurally rigid design of the pipe system, irrespective of the hydraulic requirements, becomes possible. <IMAGE>

Fig.AT 397 300 B The invention relates to a low-temperature surface heating system, consisting of a pipe system to be installed in wall, floor or ceiling surfaces, comprising an upper and a lower collecting pipe and a plurality of heating coils arranged in parallel hydraulically therebetween. Such designs are known to be mainly used for wall heating. Hydraulic systems are also known which have diaphragm-like constrictions in the course of a pipe. One problem, e.g. B. in the wall plaster and water flow through pipe systems in the form mentioned above is that the heating coils on the one hand for hydraulic reasons compared to the manifolds a relatively small cross section - but on the other hand z. B. for transport - and other mechanical reasons should have the section modulus of a larger cross section. Another problem of relatively small cross-sections is the silting up of the coils, especially in the area of the bends due to contaminants carried in the water. According to the invention, these disadvantages are avoided in that the heating coil which opens into the collecting tube has a constriction or an insert at the inlet cross section of its tube end. Another great advantage is that the diaphragm-like cross-sectional constriction can be arranged in the unloaded pipe end projecting into the collecting pipe without impairing the mechanical strength of the pipe system (with regard to transport, assembly, etc.). Since it is a mechanically unloaded area, the diaphragm-like cross-sectional constriction can be produced by very simple and inexpensive means. This is of great importance from a production point of view if heating coils of different lengths can be adjusted very easily to the same flow resistance. Furthermore, the solution according to the invention has the advantage that regardless of the hydraulic requirements for larger heating coil cross sections for reasons such. B. a higher section modulus can be transferred. Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings and explained in more detail below. FIG. 1 shows the vertical section through the branch region of a heating coil. Hiezu 1 Blatt Zeichnung -2-2 shows the vertical section through the branch region of a heating coil of another exemplary embodiment. Fig. 1 shows the cross section through the branch area of a wall, floor or ceiling heater made of manifolds and in between hydraulically arranged heating coils. (2) denotes the collecting pipe into which a heating coil (1) opens. The attachment is made in such a way that the collecting pipe has a neck (3) into which the pipe (1) is soldered. The pipe end (4) of the pipe coil protruding into the collecting pipe is funnel-shaped in area (5) so that the pipe cross section of the pipe (1) except for an opening cross section of z. B. less than 30% can be reduced Simultaneously with the narrowing (5) at the inlet cross-section of the pipe end, a bulging of the pipe surface (1) outside the collecting pipe (2) is possible in order to make a stop for the insertion of the pipe coil (1) in the collecting pipe (2) to manufacture. Fig. 2 shows another training option to form the constriction (5) (Fig. 1) by using a separate component, here in the form of an insert (6). However, it is necessary after the manifold is subjected to dilatations and the merging pipe coil, for. B. is fixed by a wall plaster capable of tapering the sleeve (6) towards the top. The insert (6), similar to the narrowing in Fig. 1, has comparable effects. PATENT CLAIM Low-temperature surface heating, consisting of a pipe system to be installed in wall, floor or ceiling surfaces, consisting of an upper and a lower manifold and several heating coils arranged in parallel hydraulically, characterized in that the heating coil (1) opening into the manifold (2) has a constriction (5) or an insert (6) at the inlet cross-section (4) of its pipe end.
