Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>

The invention relates to a method for producing plate-shaped components, in particular wall panels, in which impregnated wooden frames are covered on both sides and the space is filled with an insulating material for the construction of prefabricated houses.
In prefabricated houses, the use of an insulating material, e.g. B. mineral wool is already known as thermal insulation material. Mineral wool mats or similar insulation material is introduced into the spaces between impregnated wooden bar or timber frame constructions. The slipping of the thermal insulation in vertical wall construction parts must be prevented. This is done by fastening with strips, or by pressing into the wooden structures. The wall construction parts are clad with resin-bonded chipboard or plasterboard, whereby a vapor barrier must be attached to the side of the wall construction parts facing the interior, in front of the cladding for structural reasons.
If no vapor barrier is installed, condensation water will form in the mineral wool under the appropriate conditions of the outside climate and the indoor climate of a prefabricated wood house. This leads to the mineral wool slipping or sagging, which leads to extreme deterioration in the thermal insulation properties of the wall construction parts and favors further condensation. The wall elements are largely manufactured industrially in suitably equipped factories. They are assembled into wooden houses on the construction site.
In order to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and to be able to use a thermal insulation material without using a vapor barrier (e.g. in the form of a plastic film), it is proposed according to the invention that the wooden frames are planked on one side, in the frame and one-sided planking limited cavities, water glass is sprayed on and then shavings are placed in about 2 cm thick layers and also sprayed with water glass, after which this process is repeated until the frame is completely filled and the second planking sprayed with water glass is applied.
The method according to the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a closed, stiffened frame of the plate-shaped component, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line A-A in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows a broken oblique view of the plate-shaped component.
EMI1.1
de Frame of the plate-shaped component is covered on one side with a plate --4a-- and then water glass is sprayed into the cavity delimited by the frame and the one-sided planking. Subsequently, shavings are brought in in approximately 2 cm thick layers and also sprayed with water glass, after which this process is repeated until the frame is completely filled and the second planking --4b-- sprayed with water glass is applied.
The panels --4a and 4b-- used in the planking can have different thicknesses. In the installed state, the plate-shaped components can be provided with a plaster layer or other cladding.
The inventive introduction of the thermal insulation --5-- allows a rational prefabrication of the plate-shaped components, but also a production of the components on the building site itself.
