Mehrschichtiges Wandelement
Fig. 3 einen Horizontalschnitt nach Fig. 2.

Multi-layer wall element
The present invention relates to a multilayer wall element and a use thereof.
The previously known wall elements of this type have the disadvantage that they can only be used to a limited extent as a load-bearing outer wall element extending above floor height, in particular for prefabricated houses, due to a lack of adequate thermal insulation and insufficient absorption of the load and wind pressure.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is remedied in that between an outer and inner lining layer it has an outer ventilation cavity that is at least partially open at the bottom, a cavity filled with insulating material and at least one closed air cavity.
In the following, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to a drawing representing the same. It shows:
1 shows an interrupted vertical section of a wall element mounted as an outer wall,
2 shows a partially broken away view of two wall elements connected to a support as an outer wall, and FIG
FIG. 3 shows a horizontal section according to FIG. 2.
The multi-layer wall element according to FIGS. 1-3 consists of an outer cladding layer 1, which consists of a 13 mm thick, weatherproof glued Duglas plywood with a 2 mm thick applied facade plaster la, preferably plastic plaster, an inner cladding layer 2 made of a 12 mm thick building board, an external ventilation cavity 3 which is open at least at the bottom and which is closed on the inside by a 13 mm thick Pavatex insulating fiber board 4, a cavity 6 which is closed by the fiber board 4 and a 3 mm thick hard Pavatex board 5 and is filled with insulating material, preferably a mineral wool board then, between the hard Pavatex panel 5 and the inner lining layer 2, made up of two closed air cavities 8 and 9 separated from one another by a 13 mm thick Pavatex panel 7.
The outer and inner cladding layers 1 and 2 are connected to a frame 10, the plates 4, 5 and 7 preferably being embedded in grooves 11 of the frame 10.
The multi-layer wall elements are engaged in grooves 14 or recesses and folds 14a by means of supports 12, which serve as connecting and closing elements at the same time, their inserted spring strips 13 or teeth, preferably made of hardwood, and by means of a bridging end face of supports 12 and with both legs or bolts 15 and 15a, approximately U-shaped brackets 16 and 16a embedded in the frame 10 of the wall elements, connected to the outer and inner walls of buildings, the bracket 16a being embedded securely on the ceiling side with only one purlin beam 17 and the bracket 16 in one in the foundation body 1S an anchor screw 19 attached support is preferably made of waterproof impregnated wood.
The ceiling and foundation-side wall element areas of the outer and inner lining layers 1 and 2 enclose the purlin beam 17 and the support 20 on three sides.
The illustrated foundation insulation 21, as well as the floor body 22 and floor covering 23, lie against the inner lining layer 2.
The expansion folds 24 and 24a are preferably covered with elastic sealing profiles.
The prefabricated multi-layer wall elements can, according to the building physics report, e.g. B. can be used as external walls with a practical k-value of 0.52 kcal / m2 h C and for a wind load per element connection point of up to 8500 kg and for a load of up to 8500 kg per weakest purlin, also for two-story prefabricated houses in almost all snow conditions.
