   Das zur Imprägnierung mit   CO :   bestimmte Getränk, z. B. Wein, wird durch die Deckelöffnung - der Figur in den   Behälter-l-hineingepumpt.   Der   Hahn --19-- für   die Luftentleerung des Behälters --1-- ist dabei geöffnet. Nachdem die gewünschte Getränkemenge eingefüllt ist, wird der Hahn --13-- geschlossen. Jetzt wird durch Öffnen des   Ventils --23-- Kohlensäure im   entsprechenden Mengenanteil zugeführt. Nach mehrmaligem Öffnen des Luftentleerungshahns-19-- wird überprüft, ob vorhandene Luftrückstände entweichen konnten. Nachdem der Luftentleerungshahn - geschlossen ist, wird der   Rührflügel --7-- des   Rührwerks mittels Motor --4-- in Drehung versetzt. Der vorhandene Vakuumanzeiger --20-- zeigt den Stand des erreichten Vakuums an.

   Bei einer Flüssigkeitsmenge von 30   l   dauert der Rührprozess zirka 10 min. Innerhalb dieser Zeitspanne ist die Anreicherung der Flüssigkeit mit   CO.   erreicht. Die behandelte Flüssigkeit wird durch den   Ablasshahn --4-- abgelassen.
