  Membranpumpe    für, Entstguhungsvorrichtungen.   



   Die Erfindung hat eine mehrkammerige Membranpumpe für Entstaubungsvorrichtungen zum Gegenstande, bei der die Saug-und Druckventile derart in Rahmen angeordnet sind, dass sie zum   Zwecke der Reinigungoder   Ausbesserung leicht herausgenommen werden können. 



   In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform der Pumpe nach der Erfindung im lotrechten Schnitt veranschaulicht. 



     'Im Gestell   sind mehrere Membranpumpen 2 übereinander angeordnet. Sämtliche Pumpen werden von einer Stange 3 betätigt, die durch Stopfbüchsen in den Deckeln der Pumpen geführt und in geeigneter Weise, etwa durch eine Kurbel 4, bewegt wird. Die Saugklappen   5   und die Druckklappen 6 sind in je einer an einer Seite der Membranpumpen vorgesehenen Kammer, 7 und 8, angebracht. Die Kammer 7 steht mit der Saugleitung 9, die Kammer 8 mit der Druckleitung 10 in dauernd offener Verbindung. Die Klappen sind an besonderen Rahmen 11 und 12 befestigt, die in die Kammern 7 und 8 dicht an die Seitenwände der Membranpumpen passend eingeschoben sind.

   Diese Anordnung gestattet es, im Bedarfsfalle die Rahmen samt den Klappen auszuheben und einzusetzen, ohne dass es notwendig wäre, die Maschine zu zerlegen oder einzelne Teile abzunehmen.

   The subject of the invention is a multi-chamber diaphragm pump for dedusting devices, in which the suction and pressure valves are arranged in frames in such a way that they can be easily removed for cleaning or repairs.



   In the drawing, an embodiment of the pump according to the invention is illustrated in vertical section.



     'Several membrane pumps 2 are arranged one above the other in the frame. All pumps are actuated by a rod 3 which is guided through stuffing boxes in the covers of the pumps and moved in a suitable manner, for example by a crank 4. The suction flaps 5 and the pressure flaps 6 are each fitted in a chamber 7 and 8 provided on one side of the diaphragm pumps. The chamber 7 is in permanent open connection with the suction line 9, the chamber 8 with the pressure line 10. The flaps are attached to special frames 11 and 12 which are pushed into the chambers 7 and 8 tightly against the side walls of the diaphragm pumps.

   This arrangement makes it possible, if necessary, to dig out the frame and the flaps and use them without the need to dismantle the machine or remove individual parts.

PATENT-ANSPRUCH : Membranpumpe für Entstaubungsvorrichtungen mit mehreren übereinander angeordneten und durch eine gemeinsame Stange betätigten Pumpen, deren Saug-und Druckklappen sämtlich in je einer gemeinsamen, an : der Seite der Membranpumpen angeordneten Kammer (7 und 8) untergebracht sind, wovon die eine mit der Saugleitung, die andere mit der Druckleitung in dauernd offener Verbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saug-und Druckklappen (5, 6) an Rahmen (11, 12) angeordnet sind, die in die Kammern (7, 8) dicht an die Seiten der Membranpumpen passend eingeschoben werden, um die Klappen ausheben und einsetzen zu können, ohne die Vorrichtung zerlegen zu müssen.
