<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht einer Einwegflasche.

The invention relates to a device for the metered dispensing of liquid, in particular liquid soap.
Devices of the above type are known which consist of a housing that is open at the top but is otherwise closed and on whose lower part a mechanism for the metered removal of partial amounts from the liquid side is provided. In a known embodiment, such a mechanism consists of a piston which is displaceable against spring force and by means of a pivotable hand lever, through which in
In connection with a displacer, a predetermined amount of a liquid soap is pressed out of a lower closable opening. In the housing of the device that has an upper removable
Has lid, a disposable bottle is arranged which has a bottle neck which is closed by a film. Furthermore, a mandrel, in particular in the form of an annular mandrel, is provided on the inner bottom of the housing.
After opening the lid, a disposable bottle is inserted with the bottle neck down into the housing of the device until it rests on an abutment. The insertion movement cuts through the foil by means of the mandrel and a certain amount of the liquid soap can be poured into a small one
Flow in storage space and fill it, from which a metered amount of the soap is then periodically dispensed by means of the aforementioned mechanism.
After the disposable bottle is empty, it is removed and replaced by a newly filled bottle. However, there is now a risk that a buyer of the device will hit the ground of the
The disposable bottle opens and a new amount of soap liquid is poured into the bottle, which is open at the bottom and is mostly made of plastic, so that the device can then be reused, but this time not with an original soap.
In order to avoid the disadvantage of the possible but unauthorized reusability of a disposable bottle that has already been used, it has been proposed that in the rear wall of the housing the
Device to provide a small hole, so that such a once used and refilled
Bottle with an open bottom, the soap flows out of the hole provided in the back wall and thus prevents the improper reuse of a bottle with undesired soap liquid. But there is easily the possibility of this relatively small hole in the rear wall of the housing
To close the device for example with an adhesive strip, so that an improper
Reuse of the same disposable bottle with an undesired content of liquid soap is still possible.
There is also the possibility in the known device that instead of the disposable bottle, their
Contours are adapted to the contours of the inner wall of the container, a bottle of smaller size into the
Housing is inserted from above, so that there is still the possibility of improper use
Use of a bottle of liquid soap is given.
It is a device for the metered dispensing of liquid soap using an insertable
Bottle known in which the bottle is provided with a seal on its upper closure. However, this known device allows improper reuse, since this bottle after
Emptying can be cut open at the bottom and refilled with an undesired soap solution (Austrian patent no. 1859521.
Furthermore, a soap dispenser with a special type of attachment of the soap dispenser to a wall is known, in which rails are used (German Offenlegungsschrift 2254386).
The object of the invention is to create a device for the metered dispensing of liquids, in particular liquid soap, in which there is an absolute guarantee that only disposable bottles with the original liquid, in particular liquid soap, can be used. In addition, the improper possibility of reusing an original bottle with liquid (soap) that has been used once should be excluded by simple means.
The invention is based on a device for the metered dispensing of liquid, in particular soap, with a mechanism for the metered dispensing of partial quantities of the liquid and a disposable bottle that can be inserted into the housing of the device from above and closed at the lower end until use, as well as one arranged below receiving chambers for the liquid which are in communication with the outside air are provided. According to the invention, at least one profile part (projection or shoulder) is formed on the inner wall of the housing, and the side wall of the disposable bottle is provided with at least one counter-hollow profile that essentially matches the profile of the profile part (shoulder or projection), and the connection with the outside air is formed by large recesses arranged at a spatial distance from one another.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, profile parts (lugs or projections) are formed on several walls of the housing, and the side wall of the disposable bottle has a plurality of grooves formed according to the profile of the profile parts.
According to a practical embodiment of the invention, a rail or rib protruding into the interior of the housing is formed on the rear wall of the housing of the device, and the associated side wall of the disposable bottle is provided with a corresponding groove formed from the material of the disposable bottle.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
According to a further embodiment of the invention, an essentially vertical web carrying the projection, shoulder or the like is formed in the rear housing wall, while the remaining parts of the rear wall are essentially formed as a recess.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, it is possible to use the profiles (rail, rib or the like) formed in one or more side walls of the housing of the device at the same time as a carrier for the disposable bottle, and this can be done according to one embodiment of the invention take place in that the profile (profiles) at its upper end decreases in width, and the slot (slots) in the disposable bottle tapers accordingly, in such a way that in the everted position of use of the disposable bottle parts of the walls of the slots are on top of each other Lay the tapering part of the profile or profiles.
In the drawings, an embodiment of the invention is shown for example. 1 shows a vertical longitudinal section through a device for the metered dispensing of liquid, in particular soap, with an inserted disposable bottle. Fig. 2 shows a cross section through the housing of the device with a partial cross section of an inserted disposable bottle. Fig. 3 shows a side view of a disposable bottle.
EMI2.1
through which when a disposable bottle is put on, its upper end --17-- is pierced, so that a subset of the contents of a disposable bottle generally designated as --18-- can flow into the small storage room --13--.
In the embodiment of the invention shown in FIG. 1, a profile part 20 is attached to a web 19 which is formed in the rear wall 14 and extends essentially in the vertical direction and which expediently extends over a substantial part of the height of the housing --6-- and which has a profiling that can be seen in FIG. 1. In the embodiment shown, this profile part - 20 - has the shape of a rail, the width of which tapers in the upper part, as indicated at - 21 - in order to thereby form a support for the disposable bottle - 18 - .
The disposable bottle - 18 - (Fig. 3) has a rectangular or similar cross-section, and is on her

The disposable bottle -18- tapers at its upper end, as can be seen in particular from Fig. 3 at -24, and ends in an opening -25- which is closed off by the film -17- .

to fill up, the liquid immediately runs through the openings - 15 - in the rear wall - 14-out; this results from the fact that the lower liquid level and the liquid level in the disposable bottle open at the bottom - 18 - are under the same pressure.
This ensures that the disposable bottle - 18 - cannot be improperly refilled.
Finally, the shape of the bottle and the profiling of the inner wall of the housing ensure that no bottles other than the one-way bottles supplied by suppliers can be inserted into the device.
