Die mit Benzol und Benzol/Äther (95 : 5) eluierten Fraktionen kristallisieren aus Äther/Methanol und stellen EMI2.1 (5, 5-Dimethyl-4-0-methyl-2, 3-cyclocarbonato-L-lyxopyranosyloxy)-8-methyl-PATENTANSPRÜCHE : 1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines L-Lyxopyranosylhalogenids der allgemeinen Formel EMI2.2 in der die Substituenten R Alkylgruppen mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen darstellen und Hal ein Halogenatom bezeichnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein 5, 5-Dialkyl-4-0-alkyl-2, 3-cyclocarbonato-alkyl- L-lyxopyranosid mit Halogenwasserstoff in Nitromethan behandelt.
Claims (1)
- 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch l, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Ausgangsverbindung das 5,5-Dimethyl-4-O-methyl-2,3-cyclocarbonato-methyl-L-lyxopyranosid einsetzt.
