Vorrichtung zur Sicherung des Ventils von Aerosoldosen,-Flaschen od. dgl.
Bei den bekannten Aerosol- und Druckpackungen wird eine Entnahme des Inhaltes durch Betätigung (Drücken oder Kippen) des Entnahmeventils erreicht. Für Transporte und Reisen ist eine Sicherung des Ventils erforderlich, um ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen desselben zu verhindern. Bei den bekannten Aerosoldosen und-Flaschen wird das Ventil durch eine fest aufsitzende, widerstandsfähige Kappe geschützt.
Die Kappe wird aus Blech oder Kunststoff in verschiedenen Formen und Farben gefertigt.
. Die Neuerung bezweckt eine Sicherungsvorrichtung für das Entnahmeventil von Aerosoldosen od. dgl. von sehr einfacher, billiger und leicht zu handhabender Ausführung.
Die Neuerung kennzeichnet sich durch ein das Betätigungselement des Ventils blockierendes, leicht lösbares Blockierungselement. Letzteres besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Sicherungsring, der im Druckweg des Sprühkopfes liegt. Der Sicherungsring ist zweckmässig in einem Stück aus flexiblem Kunststoff hergestellt. Er kann durch einen Druckknopf, eine Plombe od. dgl. leicht lösbar zusammengehalten sein.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Neuerung.
Die Aerosolsprühflasche l besitzt einen aufsteekbaren Sprühkopf 2 mit einer Sprühdüse 3. Die Entnahme des Flascheninhaltes erfolgt durch Herunterdrücken des Sprühkopfes 2, wodurch das Entnahmeventil geöffnet wird und der Ausfluss aus der Sprühdüse 3 freigegeben wird.
Um ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen des Ventils zu verhindern, ist um den Hals der Sprühflasche unterhalb des Sprühkopfes 2 ein Sicherungsring 4 aus flexiblem Kunststoff herumgelegt. Der Sicherungsring liegt auf der Flaschenwölbung auf und blockiert derart die Betätigung, d. h. das Herunterdrücken des Sprühkopfes 2.
Wie insbesondere Fig. 2 zeigt, besitzt der Sicherungsring 4 radial nach aussen vorspringende Ansätze 5, an denen der Ring durch eine geeignete Vorrichtung zusammengehalten wird. Die Vorrichtung besteht hier aus einem Druckknopf 6, der in einer Öffnung des einen Ansatzes 5 gehalten ist und am Ende eine Verdickung 7 aufweist, die durch eine Öffnung 8 am andern Ansatz 5 druckknopfartig hindurchgedrückt werden kann. Auf diese Weise ist mit einfachen Mitteln eine leicht lösbare Sicherung des Ringes 4 in der Blockierungsstellung gewährleistet.

In the known aerosol and pressure packs, the contents can be removed by actuating (pressing or tilting) the removal valve. The valve must be secured for transport and travel to prevent it from opening unintentionally. In the known aerosol cans and bottles, the valve is protected by a tightly fitting, resistant cap.
The cap is made of sheet metal or plastic in various shapes and colors.
. The aim of the innovation is a safety device for the extraction valve of aerosol cans or the like of a very simple, cheap and easy-to-use design.
The innovation is characterized by an easily releasable blocking element that blocks the actuating element of the valve. The latter preferably consists of a locking ring that lies in the pressure path of the spray head. The locking ring is expediently made in one piece from flexible plastic. It can be held together in an easily detachable manner by a push button, a seal or the like.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the innovation.
The aerosol spray bottle 1 has a steekable spray head 2 with a spray nozzle 3. The contents of the bottle are removed by pressing down the spray head 2, which opens the removal valve and the outflow from the spray nozzle 3 is released.
To prevent unintentional opening of the valve, a locking ring 4 made of flexible plastic is placed around the neck of the spray bottle below the spray head 2. The locking ring rests on the curvature of the bottle and thus blocks the actuation, i. H. pressing down the spray head 2.
As FIG. 2 shows in particular, the locking ring 4 has radially outwardly projecting lugs 5, on which the ring is held together by a suitable device. The device here consists of a push button 6 which is held in an opening of one extension 5 and has a thickening 7 at the end which can be pushed through an opening 8 on the other extension 5 like a push button. In this way, an easily releasable securing of the ring 4 in the blocking position is ensured with simple means.
