   Abschlussplatten oder-kappen für die Anschnitte von Würsten   ; Brot   u. dgl. sind bereits bekannt. Gemäss der Erfindung sind solche Abschlussplatten oder-kappen mit einer am   Wurstmnd   an zwei oder mehreren Stellen angreifenden Klemmvorrichtung versehen, die ein sicheres Festhalten der Platte oder Kappe am Anschnitte der Wurst bewirkt. 



   Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Fig. 1 in Ansicht ohne Feder, Fig. 2 zeigt die Feder. 



   Auf einer Platte 0 von beliebiger Grösse und Form, zweckmässig aus durchsichtigem Material, welche zum Abschlusse der Schnittfläche dient, ist eine Vorrichtung angeordnet, welche die Platte C an'dem zu schützenden Gegenstande festhält. Dieselbe besteht aus zwei Schubern A,   Au, dite   in Klauen endigen. Die Schuber laufen durch die Führungen E1, E2 und E3 und werden durch eine Feder F (Fig. 2) in bestimmter Stellung festgehalten.
