Rappenbajonettverschluss lür Flaschen od. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere für Getränkeflaschen geeignete Kappenverschlüsse, bei welchen die in bekannter Weise mit einem Bajonettverschluss versehene Verschlusskappe an einer um den Gefässhals gelegten Manschette angelenkt ist. Die Erfindung besteht in einer Verbesserung solcher Kappenver- schlüsse : die ermöglicht, diese auf einfache Weise für Flaschen mit beliebiger Kopfform anzuwenden und die Verschlüsse so zu gestalten, dass sie dauernd dicht schliessen, haltbar sind und bequem bedient werden können.
Dies wird erreicht, indem nach der Erfindung der in den Bajonettschlitz der Verschlusskappe greifende Verschlusshaken an einem den Manschettenring umschliessenden und um ihn drehbaren Sperring sitzt, über den die Kappe zum Verschliessen der Flasche herabgeschwenkt wird und durch dessen Verdrehung der Verschlusshaken in den Bajonettring einschnappt. Um die Kappe in ihrer Schliessstellung dicht auf den Flaschenkopf zu pressen, ist der Bajonettschlitz in bekannter Weise mit einer gegen die Flaschenkopfachse geneigten Anzugkante versehen, hinter der sich eine Rast befindet, in die der Bajonetthaken einfällt, sobald die aufgestülpte Verschlusskappe durch Verdrehen des Sperringes angezogen wird.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise in Anpassung an eine besondere und zwei übliche Formen von Flaschenköpfen veranschaulicht, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 eine Ausführungsform desselben im Längsschnitt, Fig. 2 im Querschnitt und Fig. 3 in Vorderansicht ; Fig. 4 und 5 sind Längsschnitte durch Manschettenringe besonderer Art zur Befestigung des Verschlusses an Flaschenköpfen gebräuchlicher Form.
Die in ihrer Verschlussstellung über den Flaschenkopf 1 greifende Verschlusskappe 2 ist an einer seitlich offenen Anschlussmanschette 3 angelenkt, die gegen Verdrehung gesichert, den Flaschenkopf umschliesst. Die Anlenkung der Kappe 2 erfolgt zweckmässig mittels eines Zwischengliedes 4, das mit seinen beiden Enden durch je ein Auge 5 der Kappe 2 und 6 der Anschlussmanschette 3 greift. Die Einrichtung zur Sicherung der Manschette 3 gegen Verdrehung besteht bei Flaschen, die für den erfindungsgemässen Verschluss besonders hergestellt werden, am einfachsten in einer am Flaschenhals vorgesehenen, in dessen Längsrichtung verlaufenden Nase 7. Die Manschette wird dann so auf den Flaschenhals aufgebracht, dass die Nase 7 des Flaschenhalses in einen Schlitz 8 der Manschette zu liegen kommt.
Bei solchen gebräuchlichen Flaschen, die zum Befestigen eines üblichen Verschlusses gemäss Fig. 4 mit einer Ringnut 9, oder nach Fig. 5 mit seitlichen Vertiefungen oder Lochungen 10 versehen sind und die nunmehr mit einer Verschlusskappe nach der Erfindung versehen werden sollen, erfolgt die Sicherung der Manschette gegen Verdrehung und Verschiebung durch in diese Vertiefungen 9 bzw. Löcher 10 greifende, innere Vorsprünge 11. Ist die Flasche nach Fig. 4 mit einer Ringnut versehen, so erhält der innere Vorsprung gleichfalls Ringsform und wird durch einen Spannring 12 in der Ringnut des Flaschenkopfes fest geschnürt.
Sind zum Verschliessen der Löcher 10 im Flaschenhals (Fig. 5) nur warzenförmige Vorsprüge notwendig, dann können diese an Verlängerungslappen 13 der Manschette vorgesehen sein. Zwischen einem oberen und unteren Führungswulst 15 bzw. 16 der Manschette 3 ist ein Ring 14 drehbar angeordnet, der den Träger des beweglichen Teiles eines Bajonettverschlusses bildet. Zur Herbeiführung der in Fig. 3 veranschaulichten Schliessstellung wird der Ring 14 im Sinne des Uhrzeigers (s. Pfeil in Fig. 2) gedreht, bis der Haken 17 unter Anziehen der Verschlusskappe 2 über die Anzugkante M-geglitten und in die Rast 22 eingefallen ist.

Die Drehbewegung des Ringes 14 kann durch einen'Anschlag 24 begrenzt werden, der z. B. an der Manschette 3 vorgesehen ist und in einen Schlitz 25 des Ringes 17 eingreift. Der Ring 17 kann sowohl in Band-als auch in Schellen- oder Bügelform ausgebildet sein. Um das Drehen des Ringes 17 zu erleichtern, kann. dieser mit Grifflächen oder Ansätzen 26 versehen sein. Vorteilhaft wird der gesamte Verschluss mit Ausnahme der aus Kork oder einem andern nachgiebigen Stoff bestehenden Dichtungseinlage 27 (Fig. 1), die sich beim Anziehen des Sperringes fest gegen den Flaschenmund presst, so dass ein Entweichen von Kohlensäure oder Flüssigkeit ausgeschlossen ist, aus Aluminium oder einem andern nichtrostenden oder mit einem rostsicheren Überzug versehenen Leichtmetall hergestellt.

The invention relates in particular to cap closures suitable for beverage bottles, in which the closure cap, which is provided with a bayonet closure in a known manner, is hinged to a cuff placed around the neck of the vessel. The invention consists in an improvement of such cap closures: which enables them to be used in a simple manner for bottles with any head shape and to design the closures in such a way that they permanently close tightly, are durable and can be conveniently operated.
