Gegenüber bekannten Einrichtungen- dieser Art besteht das Wesen der Erfindung darin, daß. der Schieberstiel als zweiarmiger Hebel ausgebildet ist, dessen Griffarm aus der Schraubkappe herausragt. Ein weiteres Erfindungsmerkmal besteht darin, d'aß die Schieberplatte in ihrer Verschlußlag:e sich in einen Falz der Verschlußkappe einlegt.
