  Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von   Schiess-und Treibmitteln    
Gegenstand des   Sta. mmpatentes Nr. 214329   ist eine Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von   Schiess- und   Treibmitteln mit oder ohne Verwendung von Lösungsmitteln, gekennzeichnet durch eine   Doppel-oderMehrspindel-Schneckenpresse.   bei der Einspeisevorrichtungen für flüssige oder feste Zusatz- komponenten vorgesehen sein können, wobei die Presse aufeinanderfolgend eine drucklose Zone als Mischi zone, eine druckerzeugende Zone als   Verdrängungs-bzw.   Abscheidezone und je eine drucklose Zone als   Knet-bzw.   Austragszone aufweist.

   Eine spezielle Ausführung dieser Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeich- net, dass an die Austragszone ein geschlossener, heizbarer Kanal, der an eine Absaugvorrichtung ange- schlossen werden kann, und eine Formgebungsschnecke anschliesst, hinter deren Mundstück eine Schnei- devorrichtung vorgesehen ist. 



    Die Grösse   des zu   pressendenPulverstranges   ist dabei   massgeblich bestimmt   durch den Durchmesser der
Schneckenspindel der Formgebungsschnecke. Wird als Formgebungsschnecke eine Doppelschneckenpresse verwendet, bei der der Spindeldurchmesser   z. B.   70 mm beträgt, so wird ein Pulverstrang erhalten, der nur 50 mm Durchmesser besitzt. 



   Erfindungsgemäss wird nun eine Vorrichtung vorgeschlagen, bei der man auch grössere Pulverstränge pressen kann, ohne die Dimensionen der Spindelschnecke zu vergrössern. Man erhält   z. B. bei   Verwen- dung einer 70 mm Spindelschnecke Pulverstränge bis zu 100 mm und mehr, wenn erfindungsgemäss die
Formdüse,   z. B.   zu einem Zylinder, verbreitert und verlängert und mit einer mit Radialschlitzen verse- henen Bremsplatte abgeschlossen ist. Diese Schlitze lassen die den Pulverstrang umgebende Luft beim   Anfüllen   der Düse entweichen, wobei man noch kurze Zeit auch Pulvermassen austreten lässt.

   Hiedurch bleibt   die Pulvermasse im Fliessen und   man erhält einen formgerechten und lunkerfreien   Pulverkörper.   Bei kontinuierlicher Verarbeitung und Herstellung längerer Pulverkörper wird die Bremsplatte abgenommen und somit ein der grösseren Düsenöffnung entsprechender lunkerfreier Strang weiter ausgepresst, da die
Wandreibung den nötigen Widerstand zur Füllung der Düse bewirkt. 



   Fig. 1 zeigt eine Ausführung der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung. Von der Formgebungsschnecke 1 gelangt die Pulvermasse in die erweiterte und verlängerte Düse 2. Zur Beheizung dieser Düse 2 ist diese mit einem Heisswassermantel 3 versehen. Am Düsenaustritt befindet sich die Bremsplatte 4 mit Nuten.
