  <B>Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent</B> Nr.<B>372 581</B>    Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Schiesspulvern und Treibsätzen    Im Hauptpatent Nr. 372581 ist ein Verfahren  und eine Vorrichtung zur     kontinuierlichen    Herstel  lung von Schiesspulvern und Treibsätzen beschrie  ben, bei dem in einer     kombinierten        Schneckenpres-          sen-Vorrichtung,    die vollkommen abgeschlossen ist,  Pulvermassen aus der     Formgebungsschnecke    aus  treten und anschliessend hinter dem Mundstück die  ser     Formgebungsschnecke    mittels einer Schneide  vorrichtung das gepresste Pulver in die für den spe  ziellen Zweck gewünschte Form gebracht wird.

   Die  Grösse des zu pressenden Pulverstranges ist dabei  massgeblich bestimmt durch den Durchmesser der  Schneckenspindel der     Formgebungsschnecke.    Wird  als     Formgebungsschnecke    eine Doppelschnecken  presse verwendet, bei der der     Spindeldurchmesser     z. B. 70 mm beträgt, so wird ein Pulverstrang     erbal-          ten,    der nur 50 mm Durchmesser besitzt.  



  Um mit einer solchen Vorrichtung ohne     Vergrös-          serung    der Dimensionen der     Spindelschnecke    auch  Pulverstränge grösseren Durchmessers pressen zu  können, wird in weiterer Ausbildung der Erfindung  vorgeschlagen, an das austrittsseitige Ende der Form  gebungsschnecke eine Düse anzusetzen, welche Düse  zwischen dem Mundstück der     Formgebungsschnecke     und der Schneidevorrichtung angeordnet ist und de  ren lichter Querschnitt grösser ist als der Austritts  querschnitt der     Formgebungsschnecke    und die mit  einer abnehmbaren Bremsplatte mit     Radialschlitzen     abgeschlossen ist.

   Diese Schlitze lassen die den Pul  verstrang umgebende Luft beim Anfüllen der Düse  entweichen, wobei man noch kurze Zeit auch Pulver  massen austreten lässt. Hierdurch bleibt die Pulver  masse im Fliessen, und man erhält einen form  gerechten und     lunkerfreien    Pulverkörper. Bei konti  nuierlicher Verarbeitung und Herstellung lunker-    freier Pulverkörper wird die Bremsplatte abgenom  men und somit ein der grösseren Düsenöffnung ent  sprechender     lunkerfreier    Strang weiter ausgepresst,  da die Wandreibung den nötigen Widerstand zur  Füllung der Düse bewirkt. Auf diese Art lassen sich  beispielsweise mit einer 70 mm     Spindelschnecke    Pul  verstränge bis zu 100 mm und mehr herstellen.  



  Die Länge der Düse kann bis zum Mehrviel  fachen ihrer Querschnittabmessungen betragen.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt eine Ausführung der     erfindungs-          gemässen    Vorrichtung. Von der     Formgebungs-          schnecke    1     gelangt    die Pulvermasse in die erwei  terte und verlängerte Düse 2. Diese Düse ist zwi  schen dem Mundstück der     Formgebungsschnecke     und der Schneidevorrichtung     angeordnet.    Zur     Behei-          zung    dieser Düse 2 ist diese mit einem     Heisswasser-          mantel    3 versehen. Am Düsenaustritt befindet sich  die Bremsplatte 4 mit Nuten.  



       Fig.    2 zeigt die Bremsplatte 4 im Schnitt.
