Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Dose zur Aufnahme und Abgabe pastenförmiger Stoffe, wie z. B. kosmetischer oder medizinischer Pasten oder Salben u. dgl.
Dosen für diese Zwecke mit einem an der Dosenumfangswand drehbar gelagerten Dosenboden und einem mit diesem Boden über eine Blattfeder gekuppelten, längs der mit einem Innengewinde versehenen
Dosenumfangswand verstellbaren Kolbenboden sind bekannt. Dabei ist eine nachteiligerweise elastische
Kupplungseinrichtung zwischen dem Dosenboden und dem Kolbenboden angeordnet, welche die Drehung des Dosenbodens auf den Kolbenboden elastisch überträgt, so dass bei Benutzung der Dose ein Nachflie- ssen des Doseninhaltes erfolgt.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist die Blattfeder als bogenförmig gekrümmter, in Querrichtung starrer, sich über einen Durchmesser der Dose erstreckender Streifen ausgebildet und der Dosen- oder der Kolbenboden mit Mitteln zum Halten des Mittelteiles der Blattfeder und mit einer sich über einen Durchmesser der Dose erstreckenden Nute zur Aufnahme der freien Enden der streifenförmigen Blattfeder versehen.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Dose gemäss der Erfindung dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt : Fig. l eine Seitenansicht der Dose, teilweise im Schnitt, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. l mit weggebro- chenen Partien und Fig. 3 und 4 je eine Detailvariante der Dose im senkrechten Schnitt durch den Mittelteil derselben.
Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 gezeichnete Dose besitzt die Dosenumfangswand 1 mit an einem nach innen gerichteten Flansch l'derselben drehbar gelagertem, aus zwei miteinander nach dem Zusammensetzen vereinigten Teilen 2 und 2'bestehendem Dosenboden. DieInnenseite der Dosenumfangswand ist mit einem Innengewinde 3 versehen, in welches der Dosendeckel 4, der in seiner Mitte eine Austrittsöffnung 5 besitzt, eingeschraubt ist. Ein Stülpdeckel 6 ist auf die Dose aufsteckbar.
Im Gewinde 3 ist ein Kolbenboden 7 eingeschraubt. An der Unterseite trägt der Kolbenboden 7 einen unrunden Vorsprung 8.
Der Teil 2' des Dosenbodens besitzt an einem gegen das Doseninnere zu gerichteten Vorsprung zwei radiale Nuten 9.
Zwischen dem Teil 2'des Dosenbodens und dem Kolbenboden 7 ist zur Kupplung derselben untereinander eine Blattfeder 10, die bogenförmig zwischen diesem Bodenteil 2'und dem Kolbenboden 7 ver- läuft. angeordnet. Der Mittelteil der Feder 10 weist eine Durchbrechung auf, in welcher der Vorsprung 8 liegt. Die beiden Federenden liegen in den radialen Nuten 9 des Teiles 2', für welche diese als Führungen dienen.
Die Blattfeder 10 nimmt beim Drehen des Dosenbodens 2, 2' den Kolbenboden 7 mit, so dass sich derselbe, bei festgehaltener Umfangswand 1 im Gewinde 3, je nach Drehrichtung, nach oben oder unten schraubt.
Dabei wird der pastenförmige Stoff durch die Öffnung 5 ausgestossen bzw. ein ausgestossener Überschuss zurückgezogen.
Wie dies Fig. 3 zeigt, kann eine Blattfeder 10 mit ihrem Mittelteil auch in eine bogenförmige Nut 11 in der Mitte der Unterseite des Kolbenbodens 7 eingelegt sein.
Gemäss Fig. 4 kann eine Blattfeder 10", mit ihrem Mittelteil nach unten gerichtet, in einer mitt- leren Nut 11'des Teiles 2'des Dosenbodens eingelegt sein, während an der Unterseite des Kolbenbodens 7 für die freien Enden der Blattfeder 10"radial verlaufende Nuten 9'als Führungen vorgesehen sind.
An der Innenseite des Deckels 6 kann in dessen Mitte ein Zapfen angebracht sein, welcher bei auf der Dose angebrachtem Deckel die Austrittsöffnung dicht abschliesst.
