Tube.

Tube.
The subject of the invention is a tube in which the contents are expressed without removing the lid. In known tubes of this type, the tube head or neck is provided with a bulge which is arranged eccentrically and through a corresponding opening in the dome

removable. To print out the contents, the bulge must be removed, for which purpose the lid is turned, the edge of which cuts off the bulge. It is therefore necessary to produce the cover from sheet iron or from a material that is harder than the tube material.
The invention eliminates this disadvantage by arranging an eccentric opening on the upper surface of the tube neck or head and a bulge corresponding to the opening on the lid, the lower edge of which is bent inward and guided in a tube head groove. Since a cutting action of the dome is not necessary, it can be made from the material of the tube, i.e. H. made of a material of low hardness, so that the bulge can be easily removed with a knife or other means.
The tube neck groove serves as a guide when rotating the lid; it is therefore not necessary to arrange a pin on the neck for this purpose. The generation costs are therefore reduced.
The lid can also be made of a different material than the tube.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the tube partly in elevation and partly in section, Fig. 2 in plan according to the design
EMI1.2
5 shows the cover in section before it is fastened to the tube head, FIG. 6 shows the cover from above, FIG. 7 seen from below.
The head a. The tube b (1 ---- 7o has an eccentric opening c on the upper surface and a groove e in the side wall d for the lower inwardly curved edge t of the lid g. The upper surface of the lid is provided with a bulge h , after the removal of which an opening i is created corresponding to the opening c. The lower surface of the cover has a strip k which, when the cover is rotated, moves along the edge 1 of the head.
This edge is bevelled with the exception of part m, the length of which is chosen so that when the cover is rotated in one direction, the bar Z; strikes one end of the part m and gives the lid a position in which the opening c is closed, while when the lid is rotated in the opposite direction and the bar hits the second end of the part m, the opening i is above the opening c is located.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Tube with a rotatable lid, which releases an eccentrically arranged and serving for printing the contents opening in a certain position, characterized in that the lid (g) has a bulge (h) which after its removal by means of a tool or by hand forms an opening corresponding to the opening in the tube head.
