turned on rotating or swiveling wedge pairs are made, which are coupled with the lens adjustment and possibly with the distance adjustment. In the case of coupling the pairs of rotating or swiveling wedges used to change the convergence with the range finder, if, in view of a relatively short focal length or small aperture ratios, lens adjustment is not necessary because the depth of field is sufficient for the entire recording area.
The invention is described with reference to FIGS. 1-3.
FIG. 1 is intended to illustrate an optical stereo device with an objective and the concept of the plane of convergence. The prism attachment is labeled 1 and the imaging lens is labeled 2.
This arrangement enables two partial images to be produced next to one another on the same photographic layer. The optical arrangement is made such that the plane of convergence lies in FIG. The partial images arise on the film 4 in such a way that the point 5 in the plane of convergence 3 is imaged on the film 4 in the center of both partial images. This is indicated by the solid lines. Depending on the depth of the object, the convergence point 5 according to FIG. B. level further back, e.g. B. the level 6 are relocated, u. with the help of prisms 7 or the like.
According to the invention, according to FIGS. 2 and 3, the displacement of the plane of convergence is now coupled with the lens adjustment and, if necessary, with the adjustment of the range finder.
According to FIGS. 2 and 3, the lens designs. 9, which is preceded by the prism system 10

the film 11 the two partial images. The rotary wedge systems 12 and 13 are now arranged in the beam path of these two partial images and coupled to the objective 9. At the same time, a coupling with the range finder is provided, the throughflow opening of which is indicated by the window 2.3. The setting of the range finder. is now done by actuating the adjusting wheel 14, the movement of which is via the gear 15, z. B. on the front wedge of the rotating wedge system 12 transfers.
The movement of the front wedge is controlled by the gears 16, 17 and 18 on the front wedge of the

and 21 in engagement and thereby causes the rotation of the rear rotary wedges of the two systems 1: 2 and 13. The gear 19 is furthermore in engagement with the gear 22, which effects the adjustment of the lens 9.
The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments described.
