Waschbecken od. dgl. mit Abflussventil.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Waschbecken, Badewannen u. dgl., bei welchen der Abflussventilkörper mittels eines biegsamen Gliedes, wie einer Drahtschraube, eines Drahtseiles oder Drahtes, betätigt wird (vgl. die amerikanischen Patentschriften Nr. 2044253, Nr. 1909852 und Nr. 912598).
Gemäss der Erfindung wird ein Draht verwendet, der von der Betätigungsvorrichtung (Handhebel od. dgl. ) bis zum Ventilteller in einer Drahtschraube geführt ist und diese Schraube ist innerhalb des Abflussstutzens von einem Knierohr umgeben, das in einen nach unten ragenden hohlen Ansatz des Ventiltellers hineinragt und am oberen in diesem Ansatz liegenden Ende durch eine Schraubkappe abgeschlossen wird, die ein zum Aufschrauben auf die Drahtschraube dienendes Innengewinde trägt. Durch diese Ausbildung wird bei einfacher Bauart der Betätigungsvorrichtung und leichter Auswechselungsmöglichkeit des Drahtes und der Schraube erreicht, dass der Draht stets zentrisch auf den Ventilabschlusskörper wirkt, und ein Ausbiegen des Drahtes und der Schraube bei grossem Widerstand im Ventil ist sicher verhindert.
Ausserdem ist das ventilseitige Ende des Drahtes durch den Ansatz des Ventiltellers vor Beschädigung geschützt. Ansätze dieser Art sind bei Abflussventilen bereits bekannt.
Die Zeichnung zeigt zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Längsschnitt, u. zw. in Fig. 1 bei geöffnetem und in Fig. 2 bei geschlossenem Ventil.
Der Ventilteller 1 ist mittels der Rippen 2 am Abflussstutzen. 3 geführt, der auch als Ventilsitz ausgebildet und mittels eines aufschraubbaren Ringes 18 am Becken od. dgl. befestigt ist. Der Stutzen 3 ist durch Rippen 6 mit einem Ring 9 verbunden, der ein Knierohr 19 bzw. 19'trägt. Innerhalb des Knierohres liegt die Drahtschraube 8, welche den zum Heben des Ventiltellers dienenden Draht 7 führt. Das Rohr 19 bzw. 19'reicht in den hohlen Ansatz 4 des Ventiltellers. Sein in diesem Ansatz liegendes Ende ist durch eine Kappe 20 abgedeckt, die ein Innengewinde zum Aufschrauben auf das Ende der Drahtschraube 8 trägt. In der Kappe ist ein Loch 21 für den Draht 7 vorgesehen.

Waschbecken od. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abflussventilkörper (1, 2, 4) mittels eines Drahtes (7) gehoben wird, der von der Betätigungsvorrichtung bis zum Ventilteller (1) in einer Drahtschraube (8) geführt ist und diese Schraube innerhalb des Abflussstutzens (3) von einem Knierohr (19 bzw. 19') umgeben ist, das in einen nach unten ragenden hohlen Ansatz (4) des Ventiltellers (1) hineinragt und am oberen, in diesem Ansatz liegenden Ende durch eine Schraubkappe (20) abgeschlossen wird, die ein zum Aufschrauben auf die Drahtschraube dienendes Innengewinde trägt.
