   Es ist bekannt, dass die gebräuchlichen Speisewasservorwärmer in den Rohren schon den grössten Teil der Härtebildner des Speisewassers in Form von Schlamm ausscheiden, welcher dann bei Stillstand der Speisevorrichtung und Abkühlen des Speisewassers in den Rohren des Vorwärmers sich an den Rohrwänden festsetzt und später die Wärmeübertragung schädlich beeinflusst. Diese Kesselsteinablagerungen müssen derzeit durch mechanische Mittel von Zeit zu Zeit entfernt werden, was Betriebsstillstand des Vorwärmers und mitunter grossen Arbeitsaufwand erfordert. 



   Zweck dieser Erfindung ist dem Übel abzuhelfen und die Vorwärmerflächen im Innern dauernd rein zu halten und dadurch dauernd den günstigsten Wärmeübergang zu ermöglichen. 



   Im Betriebszustande des Vorwärmers tritt das Speisewasser bei B in den Vorwärmer ein und strömt zunächst in die in der heissesten Rauchgaszone liegenden Rohre. Während des Betriebes bildet sich die grösste Abscheidung von Schlamm in diesen Rohren der heissesten Zone. Um diesen Schlamm sofort unschädlich zu machen, ist die Anordnung getroffen, hinter den Rohren der heissesten Zone ein Filter F anzuordnen, durch welches das Speisewasser durchgepumpt wird. Der Schlamm wird im Filter F zurückgehalten und der hinter diesem angeordnete Teil des Vorwärmers wird bereits von gefiltertem Wasser durchströmt und daher praktisch keine oder sehr geringe Ablagerungen zeigen.

   Bei C tritt das erwärmte Speisewasser aus dem Vorwärmer aus.   Z2, Fl, P, R, Zl bezeichnen   eine Hilfseinrichtung, die nicht Gegenstand der Erfindung ist.

   It is known that the common feed water preheaters in the pipes already excrete the majority of the hardness components of the feed water in the form of sludge, which then sticks to the pipe walls when the feed device is stopped and the feed water cools in the pipes of the preheater and later damaging the heat transfer influenced. These scale deposits currently have to be removed from time to time by mechanical means, which requires shutdown of the preheater and sometimes a great deal of work.



   The purpose of this invention is to remedy the problem and to keep the preheater surfaces inside permanently clean and thereby to enable the most favorable heat transfer at all times.



   When the preheater is in operation, the feed water enters the preheater at B and initially flows into the pipes in the hottest flue gas zone. During operation, the largest sludge separation forms in these pipes in the hottest zone. In order to immediately render this sludge harmless, the arrangement is made to arrange a filter F behind the pipes of the hottest zone, through which the feed water is pumped. The sludge is retained in the filter F and the part of the preheater arranged behind it is already traversed by filtered water and therefore shows practically no or very little deposits.
