Ausserdem kann bei diesem neuen Bewehrungseisen die Vergütung durch die Verwindung ebenso weit getrieben werden wie bei den bekannten, aus zwei Rundeisen bestehenden Bewehrungseinlagen, nachdem bei der Verwindung die Vergütung abhängig ist von der Reckung und diese wieder abhängig ist vom Abstand des   Massenteilchens   von der Verwindungsachse. 



   Bei dem Eisen gemäss der Erfindung ist es von besonderem Vorteil, dass man die   üblichen   Querschnitts-und Bemessungstafeln ohne weiteres verwenden kann, nachdem die Abmessungen des Bewehrungseisens gemäss der Erfindung im wesentlichen gleich den Abmessungen der bekannten, aus zwei miteinander verwundenen Rundeisen bestehenden Bewehrungseisen sind. Ein weiterer Vorteil bei   Verwendung v. on Bewehrungseisen gemäss   der Erfindung ergibt sich daraus, dass man durch die
