Das so beschaffene Hufeisen hat durch den Schwalbenschwanzeingriff eine flächenmässige Verbindung über die ganze Breite des Kranzes, so dass eine Lockerung in senkrechter Richtung nicht stattfinden kann. Anderseits wird diese Verbindung durch den Keil 10 und die an ihm umgebogenen Teile 11 und 12 in der Richtung, in welcher der Griff 7 auf den Teil 3 angeschoben werden kann, gegen ein Auseinanderschieben gesichert. Infolge der nach aussen auseinanderlaufenden Ausbildung des Schwalbenschwanzteiles 3 und der entsprechenden Aussparung 8 des Griffes 7 wird beim Umschlagen des Teiles 12 auf die Kappe 6 ein Verkeilen von Griff 7 und Teil 3 bewirkt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Hufeisen, bei welchem der Griff am Eisen durch eine Schwalbenschwanzverbindung auswechselbar befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung durch einen beiderseits über das Eisen (1) vorragenden Schliesskeil (10) gesichert ist, dessen Enden einerseits gegen das Eisen, anderseits gegen den Griff (7) umgeschlagen werden.
