  Schauvorrichtung an Sichtschmierapparaten für hohe   Druckverhältnisss.   



   Die augenblickliche Entwicklung der   Höchstkompressoren,   Super-und Hochdruekkompressoren für die Herstellung von Ammoniak, flüssigen Kohlenwasserstoffen u. dgl., erfordert z. B. ein Arbeiten der Schmierapparate bei hohen   Drücken,   die bis zu 1000 Atm. und darüber betragen können. Bisher war es nur möglich, solche Stellen unter hohem Druck mit   Schmierpressen   ohne Schauvorrichtung zu bedienen, weil die verwendeten Schaugläser, selbst wenn sie aus besonderem Glas hergestellt waren, bereits bei gewöhnlichen Druckverhältnissen von 100 Atm. zersprangen. Daher ist eine Kontrolle des zur Schmierstelle wandernden   öltröpfchen   in den bisherigen   Hochdruckschmiervorrichtungen nicht möglich   gewesen. 



   Es ist nun gelungen, Sichtschmierapparate mit Schauvorrichtungen herzustellen. die sogar bei einem Druck bis zu 1000 Atm. und darüber nicht zerspringen. Derartige Schauvorrichtungen werden hergestellt aus durchsichtigem Kunsthorn, z. B. Galalith, Herkulith oder Kunstharz, z. B. Phenolformaldehyd-Kondensationsprodukten, wie Bakelit, Herolit, Resenit od. dgl. Sollte das verwendete Kunsthorn oder Kunstharz gegen Wasser oder Öl empfindlich sein, so wird die dem Apparatinnern zugekehrte Fläche der Schauvorrichtung mit einer ebenfalls durchsichtigen Schicht überzogen, die sowohl gegen Wasser als auch gegen 0l unempfindlich ist und z. B. aus   Azetylzellulose   besteht. 



   Durch diese Vorrichtungen wird eine wesentliche Verbesserung der betriebstechnischen wichtigsten Schmierapparate mit sichtbarer Ölabführung zur Maschine selbst erreicht. 



   Es wird dadurch die Anbringung von   Schaugläsern   auch an solchen Schmiervorrichtungen, die unter sehr hohem Druck stehen, ermöglicht ; ferner kann, falls diese Schaugläser in den bisherigen Apparaten mit höherem Druck eingebaut werden, das Seh-und Beobaehtungsfeld im Innern der Vorrichtung wesentlich vergrössert werden, da die   Sehaugläser   widerstandsfähiger gegen Druck usw. sind. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin, dass die   Schaugläser   aus Kunsthorn und Kunstharz auch bei hohem Druck wesentlich dichter sind als die bisherigen   Schaugläser   und so besser abdichten.

1. Schauvorrichtung an Sichtschmierapparaten für hohe   Druckverhältnisse, dadurch   gekennzeichnet, dass die Schauplatten aus durchsichtigem Kunsthorn oder Kunstharz bestehen.
