W-: Überlaufeinrichtung an Elektrofiltersammlfättiü für zähflüssige
Abscheidungen, z. B. Teer Die Erfindung betrifft eine überlaufeinrichtung an Elektrofiltersammelräumen
für zähflüssige Abscheidungen, z. B. Teer, die aus einem schwanenhalsartig gebogenen
Rohr besteht.
treten und die Umgebung gefährden kann.W-: Overflow device at the electrostatic precipitator for viscous
Deposits, e.g. B. Tar The invention relates to an overflow device in electrostatic precipitators
for viscous deposits, e.g. B. tar, which consists of a gooseneck-like curved
Pipe is made. So far the gooseneck pipe was on the outside of the collecting bunker
arranged. This arrangement has the disadvantage that. the one from the bunker
Slowly draining tar becomes so tough when cooled that the drain becomes clogged.
In order to remedy this deficiency, the gooseneck tube is according to the invention inside
of the collecting space installed and its connecting to an ascending pipe part
Incoming end bent back downwards. This way it just doesn't become a permanent one
Keeping the gooseneck tube warm and avoided its clogging, but
also security against the escape of gas from the collecting space and its penetration
commanded by outside air. Furthermore, this arrangement and configuration causes peculiarities
the Sehwanenhalsrohres that when an overpressure occurs in the bunker, z. B. at
Deflagrations, only a relatively small part of the bunker contents to the outside
step and endanger the environment.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the invention.
Verstopfungsgefahr gesicherte Schwanenhalsrohr statt.
With r, z is the advantageous double-walled container for the
referred to by an electrostatic precipitator, not shown, tar 3.
In the collecting tank there is a gooseneck tube with the ascending strand q., The
adjoining the inlet end 5, which is bent back downwards, and the outlet
6. Bending back the inlet end 5 causes @ let the collecting space
can only empty in accordance with the overflow quantity marked with H. Once this
overflow level is reached, the tar drains quickly through the counter
Risk of clogging secured gooseneck tube instead. If the overflow amount H has flowed off,
gas penetrates the gooseneck pipe, up to a part of the pipe section
q .. A gas leakage from 6 is prevented by the hydrostatic pressure. Vice versa
but also cannot outside air through the outlet 6 into the collecting space and thus into
penetrate the electrostatic precipitator.
