Formwork for grooved structures.
EMI1.1
known, in which the formwork is caught on extendable arms, which are arranged on a mast erected in the middle of the ring structure and on a pulley system of the mast in the desired position
Height can be lifted. Sliding formworks for ring structures, in particular chimneys, are also known, in which the outer and inner formwork is arranged on a support ring structure and the outer formwork is arranged by means of a between the outer and inner support ring
Spindeleinrichtllng can be moved in the radial direction.
The former facilities have the disadvantage that the mast has to be erected in advance in the full height of the structure and supported by holding ropes and that a special setting of the movable arms is required for each new construction stage; the head section must be removed from construction stage to construction stage and then reassembled.
The invention seeks to remedy these disadvantages in that the head frame is suspended for pulling up on pulley blocks, which are arranged on the support ring construction with the outer formwork, and pulley blocks are also attached to the head frame, through which the support ring construction with the outer formwork can be pulled up, This enables a reciprocal upgrade of the head frame and the support ring construction with the external formwork.
The invention consists in that on the support ring, which can be pulled up with the outer formwork wall on the inner frame by means of pulleys, pulleys for pulling up the head frame with the working platform are attached.
The construction of the structure with this formwork is carried out by placing the supporting ring on the finished chimney part before pulling up the head frame, bracing the inner ring of the supporting ring against the inner wall using four struts and ticking off the pulley blocks from the supporting ring, whereupon the head frame with the support ring construction can be hung on the four pulley blocks and, after loosening the clamping screws, can be pulled up by one construction stage from the inner frame.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment, u. Between. Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through a chimney with cladding applied and a partial section through the head frame, Fig. 2 shows a view from above of the head frame, Figs. 3 and 4 an inner formwork segment in view and cross section.
In connection with the outer steel plate covering m. a special support ring construction t is arranged at the top, on which reinforcement bars k are fastened in eight places. The outer one

the outer support ring g and the inner support ring h can be adjusted depending on the diameter of the chimney and are thereby firmly connected to the support ring structure t. By means of the pulley blocks t, which are fastened at the top to the head frame beam cl and at the bottom to the beam k, the supporting ring construction f with the outer casing m is pulled up and brought into the position of the next construction stage.
On the outer ring girder g hang scaffold holders u which are connected by boards placed on the webs x, from which the outer casing m is firmly clamped. From the head frame c

rests on the scaffolding platform, not shown, which holds it down. After the resulting cavity between the outer and inner cladding has been filled with concrete, the upper half n of the inner cladding is placed on the lower half o, fastened to it by the transverse straps q (Fig. 3 and 4) and stiffened in the the rest of the lower half of the inner cladding as before. The newly created cavity between the outer and inner cladding is then filled with concrete.
Now you put the support ring structure t on the completed part of the chimney a, support the inner ring support h with four diagonal strips s against the inner casing, hook the bottle

corresponds. Since the posts of the inner scaffolding consist of two layers of planks placed upright next to each other, the planks of which are laid on the inside of the scaffolding can be overlapped upwards, the head scaffold supports have guidance on the four posts when winding up and can initially be attached to the protruding planks of these posts using the clamping devices be clamped until the space created in the outer row of planks by the winding up of the head scaffold is filled by pass planks.
The inner framework b is supported by stiffening wires e fastened in the concrete, so that it is impossible to move sideways. Now you align the head frame exactly, remove or lift the pulley blocks t and angle brackets s and hook the pulley blocks l into the support ring construction f

level to raise. In this way, after completion of a construction stage, first the Eopf scaffolding and then the supporting ring structure f with the outer casing m are brought to the level of the next construction stage. The required building material is wound up onto the working platform via two rollers of the crane beam v inside the chimney and fed from there to the ring cavity by means of chutes or channels.
Instead of wood, the inner frame and the head frame can also be made as an iron structure.
